Nobody cares about arcades and much less in Europe, where we gotta wait because of the Japanese and because of a handful of arcades in the USA. Seriously, at least for Europe release it region locked for the 360 (like you did with Battle Fantasia in the US *wink*) and it will hurt nobody, it's not like you are gonna sell BB to the non existent arcades in the old continent. I still can't believe in the era of consoles, good online play and patchable games we have to wait because of some places that died 15 years ago.
