I should definitely have that calender, not only did attend all the BlazBlue test locations including Anime Expo 08 and Evo 08 (which are the main reasons I went), but I played it everyday when we had the test version at Puente Hills, and I play the full version all the time as well. I also pleaded nearby arcade owners to purchase BB and I picked up the BB poster when it was on presale.
I always support the new fighters, especially those made by Aksys :)

As a future Bang player, I’ll need some way to keep in contact with my super hero super-team of JUSTICE!!! I can think of no better way than with these badass postcards that will show everyone just how super I really am. And with this handy-dandy calendar, I’ll be able to defend Kagutsuchi AND keep track of my court hearing dates regarding all the collateral damage I inevitably cause!

Uh, since I never played BlazBlue (and might not get the chance (CURSE YOU, MONTREAL~)), it’d be cool to have something related to it.
Another use, I’m really disorganized and I really need a bitching calendar. Sure, showgirl calenders work, too, but this is beyong badass.
Also, it could serve as a countdown indicator for the console port of BlazBlue (if it ever so happens), I saw on GameFAQs that it was due for PS3 and I’m getting a PS3 this Friday. :D

To have loved and lost is better then never to loved at all they say? Phooey. As I can only play the game during time off from school inbetween semesters (and not so much when I take winter and summer classes), paying a whole dollar of hard earned cash per game, to get slaughtered, yet while slowly developing my skill, to have it destroyed in the future with no way to practice in the coming months, re-learning and dropping until console since my school doesn’t like the game room it has, and thus refused my proposal to buy a cab.
I’m going to need motivation to make it through and keep playing. And that calendar, and those postcards, especially the ones with Bang Shishigami on them, are just the thing!

hey that is a very hot calender. im new to the blazblue sceen and only heard about this game when i first saw it in my local arcade (china town fair by the way lol). when i first played it i fell instendly in love with it.from the characters to the game play BB is just amasing in everyway. I cant go a day without see a BB trailer lol (and thats the truth). im no stranger to Aksys’s games but blazblue just tops it for me and seeing as i dont have a calender yet this would be perfect for me lol. i brought the blazblue ost ablum and having this would one up my collection quite a bit. Of course, this is the perfect tool to have for my Taxi Cab in Puerto Rico. Being the only hero who is gonna buy the full kit of BB so his poor friends can play make this the perfect reward. Having this calendar would be a straight win to organize which days and nights I’ll be bringing the whole setups to tournaments and BB home parties.

Pretty awesome calender. I’ve never seen anything like it. I believe I should have the calender because I do not have a calender. I have trouble keeping track what day it is. The only way I can figure it out is if I look at my laptop and I don’t feel like turning it on all the time just to look at the date. That’s the biggest reason. There are other reasons such as me loving BlazBlue. I go to the arcade about twice a week since it’s a nice hour and a half drive to get down there. BlazBlue is probably one of the best 2d fighters I’ve ever played. My friend was going to get me the LE BB poster for Christmas but it was sold out. Thanks for the opportunity guys, I can only hope I get this ^^

I think I should have this calendar. Here in south america, we dont have many arcade posibilities, and we usually get the newest games very late. So this might be an incentive for my city, since the ownear of the local arcade is really interested on having new machines and by showing him that we care about new games and reaching new levels of competition, he might make up his mind and work harder to get new machines for us, so that we can grow together as a fighting games comunity.

Wow, that calendar looks very your mother is a classy lady. I am unfortunately stuck in a state where the arcade scene has seemingly died out (Colorado >_>), but from what I could tell based on footage, this game = gold. The quality of the merchandise that you all have put forth (aka, that really awesome Calendar that I, along with several, pre-ordered) is high quality. The character cards for the Calendar are really neat, considering the artwork for each character has been well drawn and is memorable in their own unique way, much like the characters from Guilty Gear. The fact that there’s twelve months also means you’re including all of the characters of BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger, which also include v13, who definitely has one of the most memorable theme songs from the soundtrack (which comes in very awesome cover art, the same used for the poster, well worth the massive shipping and handling charges for the import).
Personally, I know this is just a shameless plug, but I would like one. >_> However, with you releasing this kind of stuff now, I can only imagine what will be made in the future (BlazBlue shirt anyone? Hopefully?).

I want the calendar because I missed out on the poster by about 1 day. I play BB as often as I can and probably spent about $100 dollars at the arcade already (and that is with not playing for the past 3 weeks because of a trip to visit family in a state w/o the game).
I’m not that good and usually lose to the good players, but I always keep perservering to be the best.
Also, unlike a lot of players who only use one character and become godly with them. I try to use every character to get the most out of the game.

I NEED THIS CALENDAR.
I’m so disorganized I make Arakune’s gameplay look neat. I watch videos for this game every day, I listen to the soundtrack nonstop and if there were a cab in my state, I would be playing the game every day for hours on end. I risked being killed by drunk fratboys to play this game when I was in Philly for NEC. I also bought one of the limited edition posters. I can’t miss out on this!

As weeks and months go by I lose contact with the world.
Day and night meld together, losing their boundaries that structured my once healthy daily routines.
My only sense of time and reality are the judgment days of projects, midterms, finals, and the eventual arrival of BlazBlue.
With the BlazBlue calendar I will be able to achieve regaining my lost awareness of the days of past where the repeatedly promised BlazBlue board has yet to appear in the local arcade and the days of future that holds a possibility of real life and ridiculous blockstrings of Taokaka.

Hello, I’m currently a blazblue player in Japan, though I come from Chicago.
However, my request isn’t for the calander for me, rather, I would like to nomiate Sigmae to receive it. The man bought a cabinet for the Chicago community. With the Chicago arcades not buying one, he took it upon himself to allow a Chicago Blazblue scene to happen, and did it all selflessly. He brought it to a recent tournament “Frosty Faustings” so other people could have a chance to play it, without expecting anything in return. He has it set up in his house:

I’m someone who got into 2D fighting games fairly recently (I thank GGAC on the Wii for that) and after hearing about BlazBlue last year ,towards the end of ’07, I was intrigued. I love the character designs (especially Taokaka), and the music is amazing as Ishiwatari did it again! I even ventured into Chinatown to get a chance to play it. Despite my losses, I still had incredible fun. Getting this calendar would be an incentive to help me mark down the days when I can go and get a few rounds of BlazBlue in! It would also console me for missing the last limited run poster by one day. =(

I can’t explain why I play Blazblue, maybe as a child remembering the warm glow of the arcade machine looking at the vibrant colorful hand-drawn characters filled with life next to the soulless 3D game cabinets on each side that for you, were only there to secure Your game in the middle. Identifying with who you liked best, waiting in lines listening to the crowd and the pulse pounding music. Then the challenge of your friends and rivals, learning the new systems and play mechanics. A long memory maybe forgotten… Wait I just remembered why I play Blazblue.

I’m a fan of Guilty Gear, as well as Daisuke Ishiwatari’s works. So I guess it’s natural that I would also want to have a go at this attempt to obtain one of Blazblue’s limited goods.
I like the chibi-fied characters on the calander 2009, especially Rachel and Ragna. It is a pity that my country doesn’t have Blazblue at their arcades yet, if not I bet its going to be a bestseller for sure.
I love the character stories in Blazblue as well, everything seems so well planned out, it almost sounds like its really going to happen in the near future! The designs in the game definitely lives up to its ‘totally new 2d game graphics’ title.
To prove that this calander is a must have item for any Blazblue fan is this forum itself; just look at everyone’s comments, all of us are just dying to just have a feel of the calander(if not the ownership)itself.
I would have went to have a look at the Anime expo 08 as well as the evo 08 if it wern’t for the fact that I’m still studying and have no means to go to california and back in just a day; instead i did the next best thing, I hounded all the Blazblue sites, looking for any new updates everyday. If I don’t have a chance to get my hands on this calander, I’d think I would regret this for the rest of my life.
By the way, I live in S’pore so do I stand a chance in winning this? And I would still like to be notified of the winner of this amazing calander(email please?), thanks again and Blazblue rocks! How about you give everyone of us the calendar if we go and buy the bag? That way the bag won’t be empty when you send it!
Now that we are into “organizing” ourselves with calendars, how about you make a daily planner booklet for the whole year? You could put characters quotes at the bottom. Since 12 characters = 12 months, you could put 4 quotes of a character in a weekly basis. Character picture at one side , Drive Seal on the other, or even in the background with a bit of the character main color on the page/paper.

I think that I should have this awesome BlazBlue Calendar because I’m a huge fan of the game. I’ve been following the game throughout production seeing the characters being unveiled, matches being played online, and learning more about the game at Dustloop as well as other sites. I also have been listening to the Aksys Nation podcast for information (and entertainment hahaha).
Having experienced the game now it has gone way beyond my expectations. The graphics, characters, fighting system, and general attention to detail blew me away. I’ve been playing the Guilty Gear series for years and I can safely say that I prefer what BlazBlue has over Guilty Gear.
I’m also a big fan of 2D fighting games. I grew up playing Street Fighter, Marvel vs xxxxx, Rival Schools, King of Fighters, and various others. Every fighter fan loves to have merchandise of the particular series that they like, and I would be grateful beyond belief as a fan if I were able to receive the BlazBlue merchandise in this contest.

In England, we haven’t had the privilage to even play BlazBlue yet, in fact, nobody has even heard of the game! You know, that frustrates me.

I’d really like to have this calendar because I’ve been looking forward to this game ever since I first saw it, yet the closest I ever got to it is watching videos or looking up news online. Although I wish I could’ve gone to the test sites for the game, there wasn’t any close enough so I can go, but I am waiting for it to be out on a console. The character designs are well done, their personalitties are unique and HEY, it even has their birthdays on them! D: PLUS THE CHIBI ONE! It’s so adorable. I think I should have this Blazblue calendar because it would ease my pain of having to wait for it to come to home consoles. I don’t live anywhere close to an arcade and if I were to go to the nearest one it wouldn’t even have Blazblue. So to pass the time I read/listen about any new developments and watch match videos on your website. When I’m not doing either of those things, I like to analyze the small things in Blazblue. Like how Litchi Faye Ling and Iron Tager have the same birthday. Why would they have the same birthday? It’s not impossible for that to happen but what are the chances? This is what I think.
Tager was remodeled on November 23 because of the incident from the Ikaruga Civil War. I think that Litchi was the one to save him (being a doctor and all) and when he was revived as a cyborg he had no memories of his past. When it was Litchi’s birthday, Tager was confused as to why the day was so special to her. So Faye Ling explained to Tager what a birthday was and decided that they would both celebrate their birthdays on that day. This explanation could also explain why both Litchi and Iron Tager are working together.
Even though I can’t play BB, I still think and breathe BB everyday.

I think I should have this calendar because my brother is in the hospital and he might be dying, and he’s a great fan of Ragna the Bloodedge. But because of his condition he could never play BlazBlue and is always lying sick in his bed. So I just want to see a big smile on his face when I give him this calendar.

As a representative of all Chinese player (though I live in US), I should be one of the owner of this calender.
As a sincere Blazblue fan, I went to location test in Japan for 4 times including SBO’08 one, wrote comments for the further improve and discussed the game with top players in Japan.
In order to bring this game to China area, I translate info from Blazblue BBS for Chinese area player and spread / advertise the game to the 2D FTG community there. And with all these work, I am proud of that we have 7 setup of BlazBlue in China right now, and ranbats are all going pretty well.
If above can’t explain how much I was into this game, I think the fact I played 1000+ games within a week(yes, 7days) should be a solid proof.
So, I will be very appreciate If I can be the one of the lucky player to own this calender, thx.

i live in canada and i seriously have no connection to BB at all, it seriously is killin me to see videos of a game that i know i wont be able to play for probably a very long time.
i seriously would like this calender to kinda just remind me of the greatness of this game since i wont be able to play it for a while until local arcades order the game.
i seriously wish these were on sale, i’d totally buy one

Oh, the set looks awesome and the calendar would look nice on my wall. And that’s all I can say, but whoever gets this is going to be one lucky fan. (Too bad this won’t be massed produced, or at the very least, put limited edition prints out so some of us can have a chance to get one!)

I think I derserve the poster because I really need a nice calender right now.. instead of the ones my mom brings home from Chinese stores that she gets for free for buying grocery’s.. plus I play BlazBlue in the arcades in New York and its awesome.

I am a dedicated GG fan and have been losing sleep over the fact that I cant play BB in Seattle. SFIV just aint cuttin’ it. I am in the Coast Guard and am gone 6 months out of the year at sea…so this badass calendar would be a great way to count down the days till I get back home and finally get to play some BlazBlue (^____^)

Ok Aksys games. I’m about to tell you why I should get the BLAZBLUE Calendar is because its me, Malcom Ponder. Yeah I played the game before and loved it. Another reason why I should have the BlazBlue Calender is because I can’t go out and play the game all the time. I only played the game twice but I loved it so much that I always want to play it over GG. I play GG almost everyday even though my friends say I have no life some times when I play it because I’m so into the game.Plus I love the art work of the game, the characters in the game and more. I post blogs on this game and say good things about it. 1 thing that I do say is that it is way better than Street Fighter 4. I’ve played both games at the China Town Fair. I need somthing to remind me of that great allllllllllllllll some GAME. Street Fighter really isn’t that good. Street Fighter is going to be Out Dated. BlazBlue is starting the new age of 2D Fighters. I will play this game everyday I can. Also,I can send those postcards to my friends and family. Also I can do my fan art using those pictures of all the characters from blazblue.I think that I should have this awesome BlazBlue Calendar because I’m a huge fan of the game. I think this would be the best thing I ever got.Matter of fact, this will be the first thing that I will ever win. I would even buy the BlazBle Arcade Unit if I had the money to get it.Those Are the reasons why I should be the one to get the Calendar and the Postcards as well.
Also, I think I can beat anyone at this game with Jin,Ragna,and my by Haku-Man. I also think I can beat the developers that made this game just to get the Calendar and the Postcards

I do not need a Blazblue Calamity Trigger (BCT) calender because I like it, but because I live it. It would help me keep track of anything else I do when i’m playing BCT which is between 7 am and 2 pm, after which i got to a riveting arcade mode easily for another 3 hours. After alternating between each character hourly, I find myself yearning for a good session of arcade mode. This calender would give me not just hours with characters but days. Some say selling my apartment and living with my mom to buy a machine was a bit much, but it allows me to capitalize my time with BCT. Taking time off of school helps. The more I play BCT the less time I have for people, meaning my friends and girlfriend had to choose my new life choices or a different path. My mom cooks delicious munchables so she stays ( Love you mom ). I do not need a BCT calender because I like it, but because without Blazblue Calamity Trigger there is only two hours left in the day.
Blazblues is life and I am Blazblues.
