My first issue was only being able to load a cleared save from the first game from the first save slot. It was, of course, just a relatively minor annoyance, but I thought I'd still mention it.

Then, while entering the adventurer's guild, the screen became all...for the lack of a better word, fragmented. It remained that way until I exited the town. It made it impossible to shop, see title rewards, etc.

Next, I encountered the following multiple times during different battles...Note, the image covering the screen wasn't always the same. There were sometimes blue orbs, black mist-like images, etc...

The one with Alice's face plastered all over the place made it nearly impossible for me to even see what was going on. >.<

And the random images all over the place weren't just in battles, either...

...Granted, the little Ellis sprites everywhere was kind of funny.

Those are all the pictures I took. I'm playing the 360 version and after stopping for the day, I installed the game to the hard drive so I *HOPE* that that helps to fix some of the problems. I'm not going to rule out the possibility of my 360 messing up or the game itself being defective, though. I doubt it's my 360 only because I recently upgraded to one of the 'slim' models and I haven't been having any issues with other games.

You aren't supposed to use material you don't own in videos you place ads on however I've seen numerous videos with ads with Aksys games in them from all sorts of youtube channels both big and small.

I was wondering if there was some sort of process or form I could fill out to make sure it's cool to use your games in videos I might make ad revenue from?

Can I buy it directly from the distributor?

Do any stores still carry it?

I'd rather pay money to the company than some random stranger on the internet who is gouging the price. Nor would I rather move to Europe and buy it there for Twenty Dollars.

I'm going to hope this is rapidly fixed but it's quite frustrating as random aksys DLC seems to work (so the network seems fine).
Btw I reset everything I could reset, modem, ps3 and all.

PS: Yes i know there is already a thread about this Problem but there is no real solution...

From browsing around the forums a bit I see that the staff at Aksys replies to the fans every now and again, so I figured I might have more of a chance of getting a reply here and also gaining support from the fans as opposed to sending one lonely e-mail or twitter message.

I understand that the 3DS is a new piece of hardware, so I'm not exactly expecting everything to be up to snuff here. Comparing it to the PSP version, I'll look past the tiny text, the washed out colors, the way the sound makes my speakers crackle, and the much slower gameplay. To praise the game, I'm even impressed with how fast it loads and the amazing sense of depth in the menu screens when the 3D is turned on.

What I can't look past is the fact that the game has no sleep mode. This is pretty inexcusable and renders the 3DS version an incredibly non-viable option. Not only will this cause you to lose an fight that you don't pause before hand, it completely drains the battery on a system that already has a pretty short battery life. Blabzlue becomes a game that is only playable if you have the time to run through all of arcade in one sitting, an entire chunk of story in one sitting, or else park yourself in front of an outlet all day long.

Like I said, never mind all the other issues the 3DS port has over the PSP port, again, new technology, I understand. However, when I pay $40 for a product on a system in which being able to put it to sleep when something comes up or I just don't feel like playing but don't feel like turning it off and losing my progress? That's a standard feature. I have no intention of turning the game on and off every time I'm done playing it, and I have even less intention of sitting in front of a charger every time I want to play it.

The thing here is, this isn't simply a matter of one upset fan who is going to return the game and buy it on PSP. It's a matter of one upset fan who is going to return the game and not buy it at all. I'm sure to many other players this might seem extreme, but from a business perspective, I see no reason to give even more money to the company when my system of choice lacks a basic function that is a necessity in today's gaming environment.

I might get people flaming me, this might get ignored, but I really feel like this needs to be addressed. I'm not asking for a mass boycott of Aksys products, I'm just asking for a simple patch to enable sleep mode. The 3DS is more than capable of receiving patches like its console brethren, Nintendo has already confirmed this fact several times over. I can't imagine something like sleep mode would take that much time or even manpower and effort to patch in.

In closing, I've been a long time fan of Aksys products, and Japanese games in general. I live in America where I grew up, but my heart has always been with the Japanese gaming scene. The market for 2D arcade style fighters in America is sickeningly small, I'm just asking that those of us that support the genre get a decent play experience.

Why is it that we still can't play this game online, when the PSN is up? Are you just waiting until the entire world is up? Arcana Heart 3 works just fine. I really think it has to do with this patch that we are being refused.

It's kind of a problem that we're not able to play this game online.
