All new games that have any form of interconnectivity with the PSN network (trophies, leaderboards, multiplayer) bear this new playstation network logo. Similar to how all most all X360 games bear the Xbox Live logo regardless of online play or not. It's simply a new PLaystation boxart style for 2010. That being said in most cases that PSN logo is replaced by a list of said PSN features upon its release.

Also i do believe that Yakuza has already been confirmed by joystiq and kotaku as well as others to be a retail disc release. Though thisgame could very well be an exception to the rule since it is based soley in Japan itself, with Japanese mobster having it out in japanese clubs. :)

I am glad I bought the European PS3 collector's edition of this game and supported Ghostlight. Also if your reason is because SCEA doesn't allow Japanese only soundtracks on games then stop being greedy and lazy and make some dubs then, I dont care if they suck.

I really do hope they make a Blu-ray release. I hate downloading games, rather have the physical copy.

What?! 30$ would be so cheap for a big game like this!, i could understand 50, and maybe 40 for some digital downloader haters, but with 30$ would be perfect for me
