You are lucky you have both consoles but right now I don’t have the money for the ps3. I will get one in 2012. Not everybody has the money for both consoles.

Of course. Who owns both consoles has no reason to complain. (But, this situation is not fair). Why only North America users (Xbox 360) can't play this? (I remember, nobody can answer the reason.)
The AKSYS taught me one thing, you need two consoles because of regional exclusion. In my opinion this situation is ridiculous and don't should to be practiced.

I agree. And don't forget, PS3 users have a region-free console (in others words, have options to play the game). Xbox 360 players (NTSC-U) have zero (region blocked).

For the love of god, what is up with Nasu and plotsex?! So annoying. It got especially worse in Fate/Stay Night where Rin, Saber, and Sakura did Shirou to restore some of their energy.

Hisui's onimous smile scares me.
I prefer Unlimited Blade Works route over the others.
What's your favorite death routes in Tsukihime? Mine's when Shiki turns into a killer and when he cuts Akiha's head.
I can't wait to read Aoko's story. What are your expectations?

Where can I write to Major Nelson (Oorah!)? I also want to add my own support for getting this game the US 360. I love to see Microsoft Studios help Aksys Games bring Arcana Heart 3 to our region...or yank Aksys Games out of their Lay-Z-Boys to do so, whichever comes first.

Aksys still owns the rights to the game, so they deserve a retry bringing this game to our region. If they don't, they must contract another company to do so. It is downright ridiculous that Aksys is neglecting a prime 360 region and audience PERFECT for Arcana Heart 3: North America! Zen United did well when they released the game to the EU 360, so it will go wonderfully for the US 360 as well!

Wow, what dramatic scene (pure theater). Do not know why assimilate this topic with a horse being mistreated (Nobody is fighting or beating here. I have questioned about a game cancelled in North America. That's all).
About the topic, if nobody is able to give a justification is even more convenient that no one discuss anything else. It is typical in situations like this to hide and be quiet (after all, one can not say more nothing).The company responsible has to remain silent.
As a user already says in this topic "No company can afford to be 100% transparent". It's allright, right? After all, it is only a question of internal business.
If any user of Xbox 360 want to play Arcana Heart 3 (only the North American, is not fair, but who cares?), who buys a PS3 for this exclusivity.
Anyway, i can not apologize for offenses or lack of respect because i never did it here. (Neither knocked on any horse).

In any case, Aksys Games has unfinished business that must be taken care of: Further broaden the Arcana Heart 3 community and bring the game to the US Xbox 360, just like what Arc System Works and Zen United did with their respective 360 regions (with both of the regions being on disk format).

Whether you guys bring the game here or contract another company to do so, we REGION-LOCKED 360ers are still standing by for Arcana Heart 3’s arrival to the North American 360 region!

now with that out of the way, the only ones responsible here is AKSYS, MS has nothing to do with it, you think MS would object to release the game here??? heck MS gave CAVE the "GO" to release an untranslated Games On Demand version of Deathsmiles 2 on Xbox 360, which should have been way harder to get approval than Arcana Heart 3.

This is all just AKSYS being cheap and not respecting Xbox fans and to a lesser extent PS fans by giving them download only whereas everywhere else its a disc version.

the fact that AKSYS also refuses to comment gives us more reason to doubt them, and no matter what anyone else says, as long as AKSYS continues to be silent, they are the ones to blame as like ACSMAX says, they are the ones responsible for bringing the game here.

Well, the AKSYS is responsible for bringing the game "Arcana Heart 3 'to the North American continent.
Today (and seemingly always) remains silent on the subject.
Either way, it is ludicrous to assume a liability (making the product to enter pre-sale at online stores and the like) and then simply cancels the launch. If this was meant to shame was better to let another company take responsibility.
Anyway, users of xbox 360 (NTSC-U, obvious) have to wait for a miracle.
