I want to inform you of our new Senran Kagura community, the Senran International Academy. We are a fan community for the Senran Kagura series working to support the localization of the games and on raising international awareness for the series. Although support seems limited here, there is a large pushing for localization focused over at the XSEED forums, which is now pushing toward 400 pages. As fans hoping to get this localized, we should spread out support amongst the various game suggestion topics, not just XSEED's. For those interested, here are all of the topics:

At this point, I'd say Xseed is our best shot at this, seeing as how Tom (Wyrdwad) is the only person who has really shown any interest in playing the game to see how good it is. Also, now that Marvelous is their parent company it might be easier for them to get the license if they did decide to go after it.

With the surprise crazy-as-hell reception this game is getting in Japan, can't North American companies see that this game would enjoy at least moderate success here? >_>

I'd buy this game on day one if it got localized. Akysys, XSEED, NIS, anyone. Whoever does the job gets my cash.

Well, so far from what I've read around Neogaf and Gamespot, there's been nothing but positive impressions all around. The gameplay, story, and music all seem to be well liked.
