If I wanted to play an 80s style shmup, I'd just play an ACTUAL 80s shmups, like maybe Darius.

The closest disk game ps3 has is Mamoru-kun wa Norowarete Shimatta, I believe. I ordered it last week for the hell of it; I don't have high hopes for it though.

I'm getting Eschatos. I've looked up some more gameplay of Bullet Soul and.... *yawns*. The bullets turn into souls which makes the game easier which I don't like. I like a good challenge.
Is there some kind of option to turn it off?

I'm probably gonna go with Bullet Soul first, looks more like my kind of game, just gonna wait until the Asia version is back in stock (which is also region-free but $20 cheaper)
