As a fan of strong narrative and gorgeous illustrations, and as someone who's not very happy with the direction the gaming industry has been heading in over the past few years, I'm more than a little emotionally invested in this!

'Hakuoki' is one of the most engaging titles I've played in...I don't really know how long, and I just can't stress how impressed I was with the quality of the English writing. (I'm talking about the narration here. The writing style is beautiful.)

I admire the folks at Aksys for having not only the gumption to localise this game, but also the talent to do such an outstanding job with it. So here's hoping the sales have met everybody's expectations.

This would literally be the first visual novel available on the Vita. I've almost bought it just about every day since last Sunday but it's not compatible yet and I don't want to risk buying it now and then finding out a new, Vita- compatible version has been released.

My money is waiting, PLEASE TAKE IT :P

Tho... I am still waiting to be able to play Hakuoki since it's not running on the Vita yet - hopefully Sony will add more PSP games with the next store update on Tuesday. :)

I realy would love to see more of these being an option in future so im definantly hoping it was worth it to Aksys to bring this over.

It can be difficult..I tried pimping out Corpse Party to all my gaming friends but sadly myself out of about 20 people was the only one who bought it...I probably am the only one out of all those folks who bought Hakuoki as well....But I suppose one is better than none.
