You are more or less correct in guessing that it is Arc System Works who makes the ultimate decision re: this issue. They are doing the coding, after all, not us. We can make them aware of interest in a PC version of BlazBlue (which we have done), but that is the extent of our influence on the matter.

This is yet another question for Belisarius, that I hope he can answer.

We've established that Aksys has no plans currently for a PC version of BlazBlue, and that they do listen to what's said on this forum. What I'd like to ask next is a bit odd.

I understand that Aksys' work is largely the localization of games (like BlazBlue's /fantastic/ dub. Best. Dub. Ever. ) and whatnot. Is it safe to say that arranging ports might be something better aimed at the original Japanese developers? I understand it seems like I harp on a PC version a lot, but when you're passionate, you're passionate.

I'm pretty much at the point I'd pre-pay for the game before it was even guaranteed to come out, if I thought that might increase its chances of being released on PC. That's how much I want it, and I'm not alone. Continuum Shift moreso, of course.

If it seems more likely that the original Japanese team would be responsible for ports, then please, let me know.
