@Heavenscent She's more along the line of casual gamer. We've been playing the campaign mode on Super Smash Bros Brawl though and that was fun. She'll also go for anything cute so I think I may let her play a little Fat Princess.

@ Comandante and Heavenscent: The new Boom Blox Bash Party for the Wii is also a great game for groups of people. Multiplayer's pretty extensive.

As for myself, if I wasn't going to be out of town, I'd probably try to finish my playthrough on Tales of the Abyss (I know, kind of old, but I like my PS2 games). Might bring my DS along for the trip if I remember.

Hmm...I'll will be flying up north, so my gaming will be limited to handhelds, netbook gaming, and the in-laws' Wii. It'll most likely be:

New Super Mario Bros. Wii
Half-minute Hero
Planescape or Baldur's Gate or Baldur's Gate II

@Comandante: Hard to recommend stuff since you don't say what kind of gamer she is, but if you have a Wii, I recommend the new SMB one (since its co-op is actually more fun than its single-player romp).

I'm trying to get as many different games played as I can. I'm currently playing Stronghold 2 but that's because I love castles and RTSs'. I'll have my GF with me all weekend so any 2 player games you all would suggest?

It's that time again, when we stuff ourselves with American goodness and leave our family at the table to enjoy gaming. What will you play this Thanksgiving weekend?

Here's my agenda:

-Finish Lost Odyssey
-Jump on New Super Mario Bros. Wii
-Play BF with my BF and then immediately play SFIV to bring up his morale ^__^b
