That is just wow! And I just saw the picture you uploaded. I can’t get it to work. I can’t seem to download it. Please check and see if the link is still working. I so want to make this my Google chrome theme. I loved the light blue back ground and striking anime girl. The color scheme you have chosen is brilliant. How did you build these themes? Can you please post some links to basic guide lines to build one.
