PSN and XBLA games have noticeably different quality standards. There's nothing wrong with an indie game being distributed as such - but there are certain games that were intended as a disc game and Agarest is one of them.

Steam is a different topic entirely. PC gaming was already dying with the rampant piracy. Steam invigorated PC gaming by allowing people to pay for stuff that they had been getting for free. That sounds odd, but I think paying for something is worth it when it gives you the satisfaction that you actually bought the game rather than stole it.

With the vast amount of games hitting PSN and XBLA as Digital, you make it sound like its a bad thing when PC gamers have been dealing with this for a good while now and nobody seems to be constantly lighting fire up under Valve's ass cause distribute games over their own service in which there are quote a ton subscribers.

This is the way I see it. It would be another matter if they were just throwing out a bunch of unlimited downloads for everyone to share, but when files are DRM-protected, I will share them to the utmost of my ability.

If you were aware of what Capcom did, they made it where Final Fight: Double Impact is only playable on the account that purchased it and only while online. Even if you were to play single player. If people want the game, they should buy it themselves but if they want to give it out and reduce the number of PS3s they can link on their account when it gives out that's their choice. A broken PS3 can't be removed from your alloted limitation of 5.
