Yeah lol, i spent like 10 minutes or sometimes more in each move phase D:, but it was worthy since nobody died at the end, and if he killed one, my priority was on reviving/healing him/her first, since i had my chars separated, it normally kills one at time, so is easy to recover

Because if that's the case, during the setup before the battle, make sure you put Leonhardt back into the party and set up your skills and equipments.

My party is all around level 19, but that does not seem to be high enough because I usually get destroyed minutes into battle. I can't even survive the wave the Dark Knight shoots, which will kill most of my characters. So any tips for me? What level should I be.
