Meh, I'll get it if it doesn't come out on PSP. Idk I'd just prefer it on PSP.
...
I'll probably actually end up getting both.
This is good. This game needs more exposure.

Cool stuff! I'd love to see how they work the 3D in. Only possible problem at the moment is controls... I can't imagine the 3DS setup would be particularly comfortable for a game as fast-paced as BlazBlue.
There will be little problem with the controls considering how the game plays. It's really one of the few fighting games where everything can be inputted on a d-pad and produce the commands you want without issue.
I'd prefer getting it on PSP. Hell, I'd buy it on the PSP for no other reason than to spite the 3DS.
What about the PC version?
Well I'm getting both since I like the BB franchise.

Idk, I've always found doing 360 motions on a control pad to be rather annoying. In fact, for the most part, I don't play as Tager(My main) at all when I play BBCT on my PSP because things like resets into 720s are difficult for me to do on the D-pad
I must be the only one who can do 720s easily on the dpad.
The 3DS eh? I don't quite get how it'll be 3D...I hope it's not going to look like Parappa The Rapper.

...you freak of nature.
The 3DS has a sliding thumbpad thing, though, right? As long as I can use that for control, I don't mind. (bugged that -your mother is a classy lady- out of me that BBCT on PSP didn't let me use the thumb stick for control)

No, I can do them fairly consistently on a dpad too, although I generally prefer a thumbstick for that.
Yeah, I can do 720's on the D-Pad pretty decently as well... But I only ever really use the analog when attempting to do the higher/quicker jump thingy... Though then I usually can't bring it to anything, so I mostly avoid it... (I know, I'm not that amazing at BlazBlue, but I do find it entertaining.)
I just hope the new story scenarios get released as DLC on the console versions...seriously, I want those so bad.
It depends on how the extra story content is presented. If it's integrated into story mode for the existing characters, I doubt it's going to get patched in. If it's story modes for the DLC characters (which I don't think is likely either) or story tidbits in arcade mode (that is likely) they'll probably be included in the patch. They want to leave at least some exclusive content on the handheld versions so that there's an incentive to buy them.
According to Shoryuken.com, BBCS2 will be coming out on PSP as well as 3DS. I just hope this one has support for thumbstick control this time around.
New story content, you say?
Hm.
The release date for it in japan is March 31, 2011. This must mean we get the continuum shift II and the CSII patch around april. I hope I made a much accurate prediction.
