There's still hope for DeathSmiles IIX, if you ask me - Agarest War came out nearly three years after its JP release, after all. DeathSmiles also came out quite a while after its original release, if I recall.

I think you may be aiming a little too high, particularly since Umineko is only at 300-400 after all this time.
I think it does have a chance, but it seems like a ridiculously high number.
Maybe you should start a petition like Umineko has and it could be spread around through signatures on forums.

I don't have a 360. Still, since I'm considering one down the line, I'd get this as my first game for the console. First from Aksys, I mean.

Yeah, but it seemed like they announced the Record of Agarest War prequel only a couple months after Record of Agarest War while it's been over a year since they announced DeathSmiles. Dunno, maybe they'll mix things up a bit and give us DFK before DSIIX - either way I want both :D
