428 on the other hand, actually makes sense. The concept has infinitely wider appeal than these creepy pedophile games you guys keep asking for, it has high production values compared to most VN's
You don't actually have any idea what you are talking about, do you? Umineko is the thing we keep asking for the most, and nobody ever would consider it a "pedophile" game. For one, it's got no adult ero scenes whatsoever, and on top of that, there is only one character below the 18-ish age group and she is a small child that plays the role of a small child. And the production values of Umineko PS3 are very high. You either don't know anything about what you are blabbing on about or you jus trollin.
That aside, I do very much support 428 being translated as well.

Damn, Purple, totally just nailed my thoughts on so many VN's. Just recently tried to play Fate/Night but gave up super early on because it all felt so self-absorbed, trying so hard to tell me how "intelligent" it was while giving me total shite for writing and character development. Too much focus on the big picture, not enough on the details, the small things that make up a good story. Guess that's another reason why I want to see 428 come over here over the others ones because it seems more down to Earth, seems like it bucks the trend, so you can call me biased but I also stand by what I posted earlier and feel that it's also a better candidate from a sales perspective.
Sad to hear about Sony's restrictive policies, guess there's no hope either way
Yeah, you are likely just trollin. Either that or you never got more than an hour or so into F/SN. Because if anything, most people will try to find faults that it spends TOO MUCH time on the little details than the big picture. But, hey, F/SN is one of the most popular Visual Novels EVER for a reason. ;)
