Is this true????? 0.0 Much earlier than expected! ^_^ But first have to confirm it. :p

Well if seems like a reliable source, if true, thank you very much Aksys ^.^ will be sure to buy it and get some friends to buy and enjoy Arcana Heart 3 too! I already have a contest planned out in a gaming guild I know where I'll offer two PSN Store Cards to someone that writes 11 convincing reasons why they want to play Arcana Heart 3 so much, if they win they'll be able to afford it, plus have extra money left over to spend on whatever else they want on PSN Store. ^_^

releasing it on April 5 really appears to be a good release strategy, and would draw more attention much sooner how Arcana Heart 3 truly is one of the greatest fighting games ever designed! Plus so much depth, more story character interaction, more unique fighting styles, exciting action and high quality art and effects, great balance and hundreds of combinations between characters and Arcana, and much more! ^_^

The $29.99 price was confirmed to be not finalized, so it might be higher or lower. $29.99 does seem reasonable enough, though, so I hope they stick with it.

Even if it's $40, it's a steal at that price, it offers more story and content than a lot of $60 fighting games out there, and for about half the price of a new fighting game!

Not to mention much more quality balance and countless more possible combination styles between character and arcana.

Systems like the Arcana system really made Arcana Heart series one of the most revolutionary fighting games of the current generation from a fighting style customization standpoint (combining a character with an Arcana is like combining two separate fighting styles into one whole (one personal, and one elemental). No two combinations are exactly alike, so even the same characters with different Arcana are like two different characters!) ^_^

It was completely innovative when Arcana Heart 1 introduced it, and with the returning and new characters and Arcana from AH1 and AH2 (which most westerners haven't played), the amount of possible combinations, depth and diverse possible fighting styles and strategies has practically tripled! ^_^

29.99 would be reasonable enough, but even at $50, it's still the best bargain anyone can get from a new, unique, and high quality fun fighting game! ^-^

Well, I still hope for versus fight between Marvel and Aksys.

Mindless, empty, combo-frenzy games like MarVsCap? Wordy, story-driven, combo-frenzy games like Guilty Gear and Blazblue? Pedo-pandering "pink bishoujo ghettos" like Arcana Heart? My hope is that everything can be met halfway.

It would be the ultimate fighting game with a large headcount like MarVsCap 2 or KOF 2002um. If it can be done on Mugen, just think about how awesome it would be if it was official.

And I don't care what the price tag is. I would pay $60 for this game.

What is with these people? $30 for something we haven't even seen? Fate/Unlimited Codes pulled this same stuff too and at least with this one being a PS3 game I guess it makes sense, but if NO ONE over here has played it, or even SEEN it, then why be that way about it? There are plenty of $20 games on PSN... why couldn't they have been more reasonable?

Why can't customers themselves be more reasonable and flexible instead of picky about pricing? Most of those $20 games don't have as much content and quality as this one does.

I mean seriously, do you seriously believe Arcana Heart 3 should be priced as low as Battle Fantasia???????? Arcana Heart 3 gives MUCH MORE and is worth MUCH MORE than that!

It's silly people would have a problem paying $30-40 for a brand new quality content packed fighting game that's being sold 50% less than the import price, and the content and quality features are still included (and all the text translated on top of that.)

well considering those of us who imported paid like 80-90 dollars, 30-40 is a steal for this game. Yes I plan on double dipping and getting Na release

We've seen it. There's been a trailer released on the website, and there have also been a lot of people who imported, some who shared their experiences with the game (mostly positive.) If you do good research, too, you can determine how much you think the game is worth.

Also, the standard price for PS3 games being $59.99, I'll gladly take anything lower, download or no.

oh thanks for letting us know. I wonder where those websites are getting their info from? An unconfirmed price and an unconfirmed date, this is pretty rare and unheard of when some random website news jump to such specific conclusions. ^.^;

Well, I think the PSN store updates on Tuesdays, so they probably heard "early April" and assumed the first Tuesday in April, which is the 5th.

Considering how few people even know about Arcana Heart, I think asking $30 for it is ridiculous. Only anime fans usually know about Arcana Heart and other people, particularly fighting game fanatics unless they have a taste for anime-inspired games wouldn't touch this with a ten-meter cattle prod. This belongs in a niche-catalog of people and they shouldn't expect ANYONE other than those people to pay more than $20 for this. When I asked my cousin about this, he didn't have any idea what this was or anything about the first game and he's WELL versed in anime AND pretty good at the games too. And yes, I even say that Battle Fantasia suffers under this same stigma too.

I wouldnt mind paying 60 bucks for it, if It was for a physical copy on either PS3 or Xbox 360, just like I did for Deathsmiles, BlazBlue etc

basically, regardless of whether people know of it or not people who see it and are interested will click on it and see its backed by Aksys which for the most part always has High quality fighting games. $30-$40 isnt askin anywhere near too much for this, I just hope it is released the 5th because I honestly dont see it selling to well any later considering MK is released the 19th

If it's not one thing it's smother that purple are going to complain about. Not all people buying games don't just randomly go "Oh get look at that, I am going to but that." Usually people want to know about the product they are buying and with access to the internet being as simple as just pulling out your phone today, what's preventing you from doing a search about it to gain additional information? Hell, even when I'm in a store I tend to compare prices from other stores just to see if someone is offering a better deal. Anyways, it's just to easy to go on youtube to look at gameplay videos. To make matters even simpler, Sony even has a youtube like on the default ps3 homepage with the built-in browser. Oh snap, that reminds me. Just where exactly are you purchasing this thing from... Your PS3. Convenience!

If you're going to complain just for sake of complaining, then just do us the service of just letting us know. It would be much appreciated. Thanks guy and have a good time with the game, that is if you are even going to get it.
