Seriously, I feel like I'm fighting Rare Akuma here. I knew going in she would be hard, but you really have to fight her yourself to appreciate what a total -your mother is a classy lady- she is.
Thankfully she doesn't seem to like Kira's 2C...
The scary thing is she was actually worse in AH2, when most of her supers were one hit kills...

I played 2. Lost to her for about 2 hours straight. Never played it again after that, though that was more due to the unbearable slowdowns than anything else.
try playing the JP version of AH1. That boss was a nightmare and if you did your super at the wrong time the game would freeze.

Parace was harder than Mildred hands down, though I didn't know about the crash glitch in the first one. Mildred was incredibly hard to beat, she's just easier than Parace.
Outside of MUGEN characters Parace may well be the most horrible thing I've ever seen.
Which is impressive considering I've seen Magaki.
I did eventually beat her using 2C,2C forever. She doesn't seem to be able to block low.

I still don't have the game, dammit... I'll get it! I'll get it! Then I'll get my ass kicked online... like usual...
For some reason...I still haven't fought her...
I don't know if she appears in the story mode or not, but I do know I'm kind of a coward to try the score attack (The "top-tier AI" thing scares me.)

No reason to fear this time around. This game, difficult settings can effect score attack, you get continues, and even if you lose to Parace (and you will several times) her health gets chipped down bit by bit every time. An easy way to do it is just pick simple mode Kira and spam her grab piledriver thing. Most of the time she'll kill you before you can even do -your mother is a classy lady-, but every time you do get it down, it knocks off a pretty big chunk of health.
And if you do do the easy difficulty thing, everyone leading up to her is a joke.

I think I did it the hard way using Weiss normal mode. Getting used to the fighting style of this game is tough since you need to use so many buttons but it's pretty fun. The combos aren't that difficult to nail in training mode,but in a real match it's daunting lol. Hopefully I can try some out once PSN comes back online.

Same exact feeling when fighting her after th e 12th and 13th time. Took a total of 20 tries to beat score attack. 5 tries to beat Kamui, 15 tries for Parace. Scharlachrot's chain and Baldur's cannon helped me get through score attack. And to enjoy the victory over Parace, she stood still long enough to get hit by Baldur's war cannon.

It's been awhile since I've actually shouted at a CPU in a fighting game once I finally defeated her. It was pretty funny and fun at the same time.

Same here. Though, now that I did so, I'm not going to hear the end of it from my brother. He's recalling all the other times I yelled at games. He even recalled the time I broke the controller...

Parace is beyond OP, beyond god-tier even if a CPU could manage that. She wouldn't be a problem if it weren't for her near instantaneous meter lol. It would be fun to have her as a DLC, or her stage at least. I'd dread fighting her with full health that doesn't deplete per attempt in score attack mode haha. I think I'll have a nightmare of sorts thinking about it.
