But yea, Gamestop totally favors home grown.
However, they also favor whatever sells a.k.a. makes them money.
BlazBlue is the top Pre-Order right now at the Gamestop site, or at least it was the last time I checked, seems like that UFC games and BlazBlue have been neck and neck.

blazblue is the top preorder on the home page of gamestop.kinda dosen't realize how much reception its getting.you may be right,but the only legit way to know if its on top is knowing exactly how much preorder its getting.There probabably using a marketing scheme to keep it out on top to get more people interested in it.I really think if blazblue despite it being the best game next to GG and KOF was really getting that many pre-orders. they would have made the artbook in store and online first run exclusive.but maybe gamestops marketing directors think that if its going to be a game like GG than it would't get THAT much reception cuz to them not everyones talking about it like they would for a GTA,GOW,or COD game.

Even so, I think it's still a possibility that the artbook is "questionable" in the eyes of GameStop's higher-ups?

Hey guys, I can clear up the issue about the limited artbooks and backorder confusion with Gamestop. I checked with Aksys and Gamestop and they told me that there are still thousands of BlazBlue artbooks for preorder. So those of you who did ordered and those of you who wants to order, yes you will be guaranteed the artbook. So, rest assured and order your BlazBlue online at the Gamestop website to get that awesome 32 pages, quality papers, artbook. The recent problem that Gamestop told me was that they didn't update their systems and website so that's what confuses people to cancel their order. So go ahead and tell all yo friends to preorder at Gamestop because there are unlimited? supply of artbooks. Man, I can't wait till BlazBlue is out!
