Aksys please, the next time you bring over an IF/Compile Heart game, please turn down the intro volume a notch or twelve. For some reason these are really loud on the 360 and I have to turn my volume way down just to be able to not be blasted out of my house. Sadly I forget about 50% of the time before starting the game.
That is the only flaw I can find with all of the games you have localized that I own. Just the 360 and Agarest games seem to have this issue.
Not to belittle your concerns, but if that's the only flaw man we are awesome.
More to the point, unfortunately I doubt there's likely to be a patch to address this, but hopefully we can do something about it in future games.

And Agarest War was worse than Zero, because when I'm not quick enough on skipping the intro, the guitar solo that starts the intro is so loud.

Aksys has always done a good job with their localizations. Thew games they localize... well, I don't like a lot of them. But the localizations themselves are good.
The only complaint I have is that a lot of the time, it feels like one console gets preference over the other... Usually, it's the PS3 getting shafted, Arcana Heart 3 is the glaring exception, of course. Whichever side it is that gets the short end of the stick, it's still an equally bad problem. I'd like to see Aksys fixing that in the future.
I meant to write that in second person... but for some reason, it didn't flow so well when I did that.

I really don't think that's the fault of Aksys since they are a smaller staffed third-party publishing house and not a megalo- conglomerate like a Bamco or a SquEnix. Not only do they have to hammer out contracts with other companies in order to obtain the rights to publish a game, but they then are at the mercy of MS, NoA, and/or SNEA and whatever typically rigid requirements the hardware corporation(s) have dictated in order to get a title to market. While Aksys could always argue more with one of the Big Three regarding their approval decisions, they've seemingly always taken the more prudent approach of working past a disagreement and just doing whatever it takes to survive in this cutthroat industry. Burning bridges would only result in Aksys going out of business, but playing ball can yield greater leverage in future deals. Case in point: Agarest. Most fans, myself included, were disappointed when A1 was announced as a PSN download and that it could not be released on a Blu-Ray disc. However, numbers talk and we are now able to enjoy a physical copy of A0 for our PS3's. So unless you would prefer Aksys buy Arc System Works, merge with another Japanese corp., exponentially increase it's U.S. staff size all while making sure that the majority of good employees leave, begin to ignore the best IP's the Japanese office developed and instead mainly localize games that they think might have a broad appeal, end up looking like a shell of what once was (akin to Fat Elvis), then I would be thankful for Aksys just the way they are now...

Well, sure, you can fairly justify it. However, that doesn't make it any less of a problem.
