   anime junkies, gamers and collectors love these little trinkets. it wouldn't surprise me if people who have never heard of the series bought the product just for the toy, either. though i do realize that maybe something like this may be too expensive to include.

   I have one. They are $20 A PIECE in the States right now. Pretty sure that's too expensive. I nearly didn't get mine because the figure's only 2 inches tall and I could only barely justify it because they're rare.

   If they were included, which character would it be? That's another problem. It's way too difficult, and expensive, to do a variety. Then people would complain that they didn't get their favorite. All in all, it's better to just buy them at a con or something.

   Can I not elicit even a sarcastic quip?

   that was just an example; not saying it should have been that particular set/series. Or even by that maker since I know certain toy companies in Japan are much more expensive than others, but there have been games/animes with figurine packages that have sold stateside before. just thought a mini figure with the game would have been cool.

   btw was that $20 after all the shipping or was that $20 base? I would also think that the longer you wait to purchase them after they are no longer made, the more expensive they get.

   so which one did you get?

   True, but Aksys is small. Mostly just larger companies will spring for a figure. And usually just for titles that they know are super popular. Hakuoki's pretty nitch outside of Japan. I'm not really trying to shoot you down, as you're welcome to cross your fingers. Just remember Aksys isn't Square Enix. XD I think they did get some nenderoid minis for BlazBlue a while ago, but just as a separate purchase in their store and in super limited quantities. I think they were gone in a day? And a lot of people complained about that here in the forums.

   I got Okita in his uniform. It was $20 at con, no tax. Oh, and they are still being made, in the sets too, so that's probably the low-end of what they'll end up costing.

   I wonder if Hakuoki's DD version will be cheaper than the physical edition, just like Fate/Extra.

   Yeah but that's also why I said before it might be too expensive lol. Still, if it's a part of the LE, you would think that the customers are paying for the figure with the game? Not just as a freebie, but IDK if $10 is enough to offset the cost of the figure and the extra packaging.

   Cons are pretty expensive though, you sure they just didn't jack up the price in order to cover the cost of the table? I know that figure was listed sometime in summer last year on playasia.com and it's been out of stock for a while so idk if it's still being manufactured.
