About three days ago I was on the japanese xbox live and saw a cool trailer on how the online system for this game is going to be,plus the 2 official new characters Elizabeth and Mature.

Even know this is un-Aksys related topic.How may of you are going to get the game despite BlazBlue being on your list of games.I'd like to play with with "Ya'all".Oh and who will you guys be maining character-wise.(and please don't feel like your walking into enemy HQ when saying this).

My Main will mainly be
Iori Yagami(yeah I know he has no flames)
Duo Lon
K'(even know he's somewhat unannounced)
Benimaru
kim
leonna
and Elizabeth

and I can't play Mature(cuz my bro probably wants to hog her because shes close to Adelheid,he really is a -your mother is a classy lady-).

Love to hear your mains and if you are planing to get the game.
Also if you wanna play personally than my GT is the same as my menmber name.

I plan on getting this day one, although it will probably get shelved for some time until I feel like playing something other than BlazBlue (on the hype scale it's like 10 to 1).

It's hard to say which characters I'll use since I heard that everybody's move lists got changed pretty drastically. Guess I'll stick with the Ikari team for awhile for old times sake.

I hate it,yeah in an article they have all new select screen pictures for K' and Mai but they're still called unnanounced characters.Maybe you have to unlock them or something,but even on that new japanese trailer it dosen't show either of them,instead the only other new character they show they added was Msture.

I'm betting both K' and Mai will be DLC. They're both way more popular than Liz or Mature, so it would make sense they'd be the characters SNK would charge people to play as.

That would suck if you really had to get certain characters as DLC in fighting games.
I hope that doesn't become a trend.

Well I remember how many people were unlockable on 11,so maybe the best thing is that maybe they are hidden.They should have been playable.They have been in all the other games.But if so then that knocks off the other characters originally that you'd have to unlock,such as my personal favorite boss:Adelheid

But then again,HD can really put a shortage of characters.So downloading it might be an improvising way for more space.but some download characters have glitches in them.

I can't stand the graphics and the art style on this game. I always loved the Kof games till ´99 but I'm not feeling the love with this game.

The problem is that KOF and Blazblue are coming out at roughly the same time and I don't feel like splittign my time. Kof is no the sort of fighting game that you can just jump into (out of all the fighting game franchises it is probably the most difficult to master) you NEED to practice that. SO...i can either buy Blazblue, practice my 3 faves, get good, win some matches or I can buy both, split my time between the 2 and limit my own advancement.

Also, no 'K no play
It's Iori, 'K, Shen Woo all the way

Well if your not down right abandoning the game,and if your going to feel like buying it later then I'll be sure to tell you if K' is in the game after I get it.

whoa dude, don't get me wrong, I'm not abandoning it, I'll still pick up KOF 12 day 1. It's just I get a little sucky when playing different fighters. KOF and Blazblue play really different from each other and trying to get good (as in win matches) can get tough if you're not dedicated. PLaying one game can mess up the feel for another (i.e. pacing, forget a combo, whiffing because of a frame error). For instance I used to play Tekken 5 alot and I could beat the -your mother is a classy lady- out of anybody in my school but I took a 6 month hiatus for street fighter 2HD and 4 and now it gets down to the wire in all the fights because I didn't practice but my friends did.

Side note: I'm pretty sure 'K will be DLC but I'm not paying for him. That would just be encouraging SNK to continue with a business plan that screws over the customers. I'll just play Ash, Iori, Shen instead.

Fact Singaki,I have the Mangekyo Sharangan,second nevermind about wanting Adelhied in 12,that would make you act like your on crack,stick with the substitute Mature And once BB and KOF comes out your will go undergo 160 hours of torture(sleep),while I continuously play both and by the time its done,winning a match will be FUTILE!!!

Trevock,I don't know if you heard,but k9999 will never return to king of fighters...ever.Why?Well the concept of k9 was basically copied and entirely based on Tetsuo Shima from Akira.They kept losing money omn him for the similarities and replaced him with another nameless character in 2003 who uses two flames.

Wow I just saw a vid on Nameless and he looks way cooler than K9999. His design is also cool.
