So Aksys, how well did Arcana Heart 3 do/is it doing?

I do not understand why all this mystery. Someone is responsible for it and this simply hides behind the AKSYS, is it?. The company that banned the game Arcana Heart 3 was released in North America should have a minimum of common sense to justify it. If the subject is right (which apparently can not be) there is no reason to hide as someone who had done something dishonest or wrong.

well even though you prove a strong point everyone has their reasons, may it be reasonable or not might not be our business, some games just aren't compatible over all consoles i guess, obviously they may have to rewrite things in the game to support xbox,or maybe its licensing, this is just MY guess... maybe theyre planning on making a bundle of aksys games that arent on the 360 yet who knows, except them, maybe it will come out with another game of theirs if u buy the limited edition, i dont know, nor do i have many complaints they already have good games out that take up plenty of my time, so be happy whats out already ^^ :P

It makes sense, you have good arguments.
But what's not to understand is what I mentioned earlier. Because only the North American continent does not have access to the game? Is it correct to do this? I think not.
The worst thing is no one who answers or indicate whom to ask.
Is it so hard to get a response to see if the cause is just and reasonable (anyway, do not believe it).

While it may be sad that Arcana Heart 3 is not on American XBOX 360, we are not entitled to the game, either. What we do know is that Aksys Games did try but were unable to localize the XBOX 360 version or explain why. Microsoft still makes the final decision whether a game appears on the XBOX 360, so a possible reason could be that Microsoft simply didn't want the game in America.

Yes, Microsoft could in fact be responsible. But thinking about it, why Microsoft would make this game be exclusive to the PS3 in North America, it makes sense? (I think not).
Anyway, we don't have unanswered. Those responsible for the ban do not seem to have the good sense to justify.

Ever hear of NDAs? Pretty much every company has them to some extent. Only when information is safe to be released to the public is it done so. Businesses are not required to share details of their contracts or deals, or business practices even. Aksys has stated that they cannot say, and it sounds like that's how it's going to have to stay. It would be better if you just let it go.

Can I not elicit even a sarcastic quip?

to people who have played Arcana Heart 3...what is so bad about the content in the game that MS would not want it on there system only in the usa. Arcana Heart 3 came out in Europe and Japan for the system. there ok with other Fighting games on the system like Dead or Alive 4, Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds, Rumble Roses XX,SoulCalibur IV, Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition, Tekken 6,Tekken X Street Fighter,Virtua Fighter 5,BlazBlue: Continuum Shift, and The King of Fighters XIII.
to all the people who is saying to x box owner....It would be better if you just let it go.....then all the ps3 people should stop wanting Tales of Vesperia on there system.

Ok one where are you getting "you all" about that tales -your mother is a classy lady- not ALL the ps3 owners are crying over that junk but great of you to bring that up GG...ANYWAY I don't know what's wrong with MS not wanting to release the game for the 360 in the US I've hit the plat. for the game already and i can say there is nothing in there thats wrong with the game. For the last time SORRY get over it tho jeez you're just beating a dead horse and binging tales in it was abit childish for what i see most tales fans don't even care anymore

when Namco said that they are bring out Graces F all the tales fans on neoGAF was acting like children and getting upset sayig were the ps3 Tales of Vesperia. anytime someone talk about a tales game on neoGAF Tales of Vesperia come up.
it just same like if there a game that come on the 360 and it don't come out for system X it ok to get mad. but the other way around it not ok get upset. i would not be so mad about this if the game had not come out in Europe and Japan for 360. the USA and the UK is the bigst markit for 360 games so I could see it selling alot better here than japan.

I see that the issue has spread to other exclusive games.
Well, some games mentioned (like Vesperia) was not in fact exclusive to Xbox 360 (launched in Japan for the PS3). As the PS3 hasn't region blocked, simply import the game.
Of course there are also games that are 100% exclusive, it is natural.
In the Xbox 360 the situation is frustrating, after all, you can't play a game because this is blocked by region.
Do not believe it is a duty explain why the game Arcana Heart 3 was canceled at the North American continent, but, on questions of ethics and common sense, think about a response would be very welcome.
Anyway, this is the first frustration I have with my xbox 360.

I have a really hard time understanding the posts from ACSMAX and kasumi1970, but their arguments haven't changed or evolved so I will provide the facts of the matter.

1. AKSYS is not the Game Designer of Arcana Hearts 3
2. AKSYS localized Arcana Hearts 3 on the PS3
3. AKSYS were not able to localize Arcana Hearts 3 for the Xbox 360 at this time
4. AKSYS may never localize Arcana Hearts 3 for the Xbox 360
5. AKSYS told us that cannot say why they were not able to localize Arcana Hearts 3 for the Xbox 360
6. AKSYS does not need to tell anybody any of their business
7. AKSYS has Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements they must deal with
8. There is NO PROOF that Arcana Hearts 3 is banned on Xbox 360 in North America
9. There is NO PROOF that Microsoft said No to Arcana Hearts 3
10. There is NO PROOF that the liscense holder said No to porting to the Xbox 360

11. AKSYS is still a hell of a company!
