I see that everything that could be clarified, it was clarified.
My arguments have not changed because the goal has never changed, and it is impossible to have an evolution in my arguments, because it no answer. It would be like to answer or give feedback on what has not been clarified.
I know that AKSYS is not obligated to tell about what does or does not do (however, I just wanted an explanation about the ban from the game Arcana Heart 3 in the North American continent, that's all, nothing more).
We also know that there is no evidence about the ban from the game (lack of transparency), but that's what the time and circumstances indicate (after all, I remember seeing the game Arcana Heart 3 [NTSC-U] in pre-sale at online store "Play Asia", but today the American title no longer appears in searches), beyond the fact of GameFAQs currently indicate that the American version of the game was canceled for the Xbox 360.
Finally, I believe that the launch of the game Arcana Heart 3 for Xbox 360 (NTSC-U) over time becomes increasingly unlikely.
Anyway, that's all. No further questions.

With that being the case, please contract another company to bring this game to the US Xbox 360! You guys still own the rights, and other companies that are more than happy to fill in the missing space in the North American region are confused whether or not IF (or when) you guys are able to do so. It doesn't make sense for us North American casual fighters who are stuck with Marvel vs Capcom 3 because you guys can't bring Arcana Heart 3 to the REGION-LOCKED Xbox 360, and I speak for many of us 360ers who don't have the luxury, space and hassle to get a PS3 just to get ONE GAME. Arcana Heart 3 has plenty of potential to boarden the audience to the North American Xbox 360 and Arc System Works and Zen United had no problems porting Arcana Heart 3 to the 360s of Japan and Europe.
By the way, congradulations for Arcana Heart 3 being on the top 10 PSN summer downloads, and this is DESPITE the infamous PSN shutdown. That should give you more encouragement to bring this game to the North American Xbox 360!

MemberDespite owning the game for PS3, I would definitely like to see a 360 release.
I feel that AH3 really deserved to be on 360 considering how well it's done as a PSN-only game.... The sad part is that it would have done even better if it was released on Disc. Imagine the potential sales that were lost from "PSN share accounts" / not being multi-platform / and having less exposure than average games that you see in an in-person game store.
AH3 definitely warranted a 360 release, and imo, it still does.

Why ? Because all I want is new titles from Aksys ? Geez...
Atlus announced a Persona 4 Fighter and ASW is working on it, see what I did there, so I prefer Aksys working/localize on something new, localize more games, we need more games ! Nothing selfish in that post.

Not necessarily. There is nothing wrong with wanting new titles. But it is not correct simply disregard the North American public like that.
If you consider a variety of exclusive games, it's worth going after a PS3. But this is not the case.
I believe that's not cool to consider buying a PS3 just because a certain game was (who knows why) restricted on the continent of your console (in this situation consider a luxury to go after a PS3).Posted 8 months ago # -
