I'm amazed people buy those things, I mean Fate/Zero is amazing and the box looks really nice...but they are still asking $400 for 13 Sub Only episodes. Even if it had a dub I still wouldn't purchase it though since that's just way to high and I don't want Aniplex to give other companies the idea that they can start charging us what they do the Japanese.

Yeah Aniplex is trying out some weird thing, they did something similar about a year back with the Kara no Kyoukai films and those were priced at $500. I really want to see someone like Funimation or whoever license them and distribute them with sane prices but it doesn't seem like it's gonna happen

I'd love to own the series. But alas, it was not to be.
And it's probably because it's a ufotable series, like KnK.
Got caught up with Rinne and Symphogear for the last two weeks. It's so hard not to see the subtext in these shows.

No odd reason at all. It's honestly an amazing show. I've never seen villains portrayed so beautifully.
They recently finished with Roberta's Bloodtrail OVA. The manga name of this arc eludes me, but I'm more than willing to be my left arm and leg in saying that we'll see an official season 3 announcement sometime this year.
On another note, this year Japan should be getting Evangelion 3.0.

Coincidentally enough, the fact that people who don't speak any Japanese will have to wait a week or three after for the subtitled release by some pirate and almost a year for the blu-ray/DVD release, was the last straw on the camels back for my learning Japanese. xD

I dno about a lagoon season 3 this year. it took, what, 4 years for the ova? And I read that the manga is on break for a while....=/ I dno. I've never seen any of the Eva point o's, and Eva is my favorite show o.0 I want to watch them in one sitting back to back. lmao.
i'm waiting for those madoka movies. If it's in 3d, I will fly my ass to Japan to see the first one :3 that'd be pretty out there if aniplex had select screenings in the Us, like in LA or something

Yeah, it they started early 2010 - July I believe. I didn't know the manga was on hiatus. I'll cross my fingers.
If you're an Eva fan and you haven't seen the latest Eva movies, you need to drop what you're doing and watch them. They're absolutely amazing. Basically, they're a recap and remake of the series in 3 movies with the fourth movie being an alternate ending.
Madoka <3 I agree. LA is where it's at when it comes to such things, especially some of the bigger conventions I've heard about.

It's totally a sequel to End of Evangelion :P

oops, my bad. I meant to say, I'm WAITING FOR ALL OF THEM TO COME OUT, so that I can watch them all back to back in one sitting. I just finished the eva series and end of a few months ago (I just heard too much hype about the series, and it just looked like -your mother is a classy lady- to me, thus, I didn't give it a go 'till late), so I wanna take a break before I watch the rebuilds.

I understand it's a rebuild but I always refer to it as remake, mainly because in Spanish (primary language), it's the same thing. So when I think in English, the word translates as remake to me.
Remodelacion = remodel/rebuild
Renovacion = rebuild (to be more technical, it's renew)
