So, would this mean Aksys would want (or even be able) to have a hand in an eventual localization, perhaps in concert with Atlus USA?
Or would it be like what's happening now with two of imageepoch's developed titles; in that one they published themselves (BRS) is being handled by NIS America, while another published in Japan by Marvelous (Fate/Extra) is signed up to Aksys instead?)
Considering its an Atlus property and they have their own localization arm in the U.S. I doubt they will be able to. Atlus has also started to show some signs of being interested in fighters considering that they are also the publisher of KOFXIII in the U.S.

(This may be the very first Atlus game to have dual audio! (since its also part Aksys)

as for Persona 4 The Golden: It is much more than P3P portable as the Vita is capable or almost as much as the PS3 so we should expect full cutscenes, voiced and plenty of extras (Catherine anyone?)

I'd be fine without the dual audio, I hate it when people ask about that.

It isn't "part Aksys". The Persona 4 fighter is being developed by Arc System Works, and although we work with Arc a lot, we aren't part of them.
