   As noted on the Japanese blog, volume 1 of the F/E manga should be out over there by now:

   

   I guess the odds of it ever being licensed aren't all that high, but anyway.

   Eh it depends really, first most companies will probably wait for more volumes to come out though since licensing a series with only a single volume out can be problematic.

   The other issue might be to do with brand-name recognition in the West; while F/SN and Tsukihime had anime releases to help in that regard, it's an open question as to whether or not the game would be enough to help in the same manner.

   You never know, and even just advertising it as an AU Fate could help. It's hard to say, companies seem to be cutting back on material these days, and some others dropping out of the business doesn't help natters.
