I haven't used my 360 for anything more than playing BB. Now I want to get some games, so I have some general region questions (cause I was a cheap ass and bought the 200$ US ver. >_<). If I buy gamer pics with a jp account, can I use them on my US account? Can games on demand from jp market place be played on my US account? Seems like easy google solvable questions, but I couldn't find any info on the pics =/ thank, thanks.

To answer your first question, yes! Just look at my XBAWKS info thingy with the DoDonPachi gamer pic below.
As for the second, I believe you can't play games available in another region than your own. I know someone at Siliconera that said they tried to buy Idolm@ster and it didn't work. You can d/l demos and Live Arcade games, but not the Games on Demand, it seems.
If anyone has a differing experience then chime in.

Cheapest I know is Play Asia's 1600 pts. digital card. I bought a decent amount of gamer pics with that.
Stein's comes in character sets. You can try connect them while browsing through this site:
http://gamer-pics.com/The official Japanese Xbox site is also helpful to get a better idea from other sets, since for some reason the banners don't show all the pics available in a set.
