   It's been some time since release now and I still haven't gotten my pre-order bonus. It's getting a bit annoying.

   Hi everyone, I've been following this thread for a while now and I'm one of those people who didn't receive the Fate/the Fact booklet and I live in the UK/Britain. It is a bit annoying that we didn't receive it, because we have to pay quite a lot in shipping costs as well as import tax and duty. I'm still hoping that aksys will be able to pull through and sort something out now, because GameStop aren't really helping at all.

   The reason support has told you to contact GameStop is because we aren't able to ship things to Europe. If you can provide us with a U.S. address (like a friend or something), however, then we would be happy to ship the booklet to that address, and then they can ship it to you. If you need to contact support, the e-mail address is support (at) aksysgames (dot) com.

   So going on the basis you can send it to a location in the U.S. then you could send it to gamestop who could then ship it out...

   Quick question I just ordered a fate the fact booklet off ebay... is there any writing inside the booklet itself or is it just pictures?

   Lots of writings in each page. Only the last two pages are open to "notes".

   Aksys support team has been extremely helpful and provided me with a solution.I couldn't get the booklet sent to me directly but they are sending it to an American friend who will then post it out to me.

   I would like to finish up by saying, maybe in future Aksys should consider who is distributing their goods because I don't think its right that they have to address the problems that have come from GameStop.

    So I'm guessing that GameStop won't be able to send the pre-order booklet even though I pre-ordered it then? I have no contacts in the US so I wouldn't be able to get someone to ship it to me.

    This is the first and last time I deal with GameStop.com, It's just not worth the effort and money. It would be good if you could send the booklet to GameStop so that they could send it to me like they were supposed to do in the first place.

    But anyway, thanks for the help and the game.

    If I ordered Fate/EXTRA from aksys's online shop is the booklet sent out separately like it was for the gamestop pre-order?
