Be cautious about putting your eggs in one basket. I had a 16GB back when they were about $100, and I lost it last year. I lost lots of games, and save data. The games were easy to recover, of course, but I lost several RPG saves. Including a 150+ hour Disgaea 1 file.
Just be cautious and back up your saves. Those things are so easy to lose. This is why I'd rather have smaller GB memory sticks. So if I lose one I didn't lose my entire save file collection.
