   Do the title rewards reset upon going from normal to extra with a NG+? Meaning if I claim them in Normal will I be able to claim them again in Extra since the items don't carry over.

   Looks like this post on GameFAQs may help you out (I love Google). I couldn't remember from my playthrough of the game as it's been a while.
