Does the US release of BB:CSEX work on NTSC-J consoles?

Need to know which version I should get? I have a NTSC-J machine and previous titles have worked so I would assume this would but just wanted to make sure. Anyone test it yet?

Yes no ps3 games have region lock I import from different regions all the time. Well, for ps3 I mean.

^^^Thanks, but I'm aware of that. I assumed that asking about region locking would make it clearly obvious I was referring to the 360 version.

Unfortunately, the US version of BB will not work on your Japanese 360. You will have to import the J version. However, you can play against American (and presumably European) players with no issues.
