   I've got to ask, because I don't get it. The "Zero Escape" part is fine. I can live with that, and it works. But the subtitle... Fans already knew the game as "Good People Die", and let's face it, that sounds SO much better. So why change it to "Virtue's Last Reward"? That just sounds kind of...lame. Not bashing here. I just don't get why the subtitle was changed.@_@ I cringe every time I hear it.

   It'll grow on us. I certainly have no problem with it. Actually, in a week, I think many more people will prefer the new name.

   My thoughts exactly, just look at the original title and think about it for a second...

   (And yeah, that ESRB statement there would send a wrong message for some people.)

    This is hands down the worst title ever! What were you guys thinking? 'Virtue's Last Reward'? No one is going to buy a game called 'Virtue's Last Reward' With the exceptions of fans, people are going to assume this one of those edutainment games that no one cares about.
    Then again, just like supergamequeen said, I'm glad it's being released in English. It's just too bad the 3DS is region-locked. Hopefully, a European release date isn't too far off.

    They probably should do a poll on a better title for the game. With that said, I really couldn't care less. Hell, they could even call it "Dog -your mother is a classy lady- on a Stick" for all I care. All I know is, I'm definitely picking it up.

    Huh, I actually prefer this name myself. I could actually see myself connecting the two games 999 and Zero Escape together. However, if I were to see "Good People Die", I don't think I would naturally connect the two together (That said, I would grab a game called Good People Die without a second though XD).

    Plus, it might have more meaning than just "Good People Die" *shrugs*

    I've started the tradition of taping a piece of paper with the original title onto the box to cover up the name change. It's pretty ghetto, but it works.

    Regardless of whether I am stupid or not, it's the truth. There is a reason why marketing departments exist. There is a reason why there are thousands of people out there trying to come up with names that will appeal to potential buyers. Let's face it: we all like to buy products even though we have no need for them, not really. Might as well have someone deliver these products in shiny and attractive packages with equally interesting names.
