A blow-up doll and a towel? Methinks Aksys put in a lot of thought into the LE contents. They practically go hand in hand.

I can understand why you(Neko) would not want to deal with amazon anymore. I myself have had to deal with there "miscalculations" and delays for whatever reason for a long time myself. I just kinda prefer their delays over having to actually go to gamesto. Dealing with the employees there often leads me to a migrane and since I rarely play a game the same day I get it I dont mind the wait but I do understand why others get irked over it. For me its the lesser of the evil I guess.
Side note: I told a friend that apparently acording to amazon my game is to come equiped with a blow up doll and a wipe rag and the look I got was pricless

I'll still order things from Amazon, just not pre-order any items from them. First impressions usually leave a lasting impression. I don't have much problems dealing with Gamestop employees (save one in the past) and we often chat for awhile about misc. things. Not to mention, they give me alot of free stuff (See the "Show me your gaming stuff" topic.)
Hahaha... Just uttering the words "blow up doll" almost instantly comes to the... "naughty" conclusion of sorts nyaa. And when you call the towel a wipe rag... almost makes me believe that this LE is naughtier than the first one nyaa.

Still think the Blow up doll is a Dakimakura Pillow Case

Aksys needs to get on confirming this and also having this available to Gamestop too.

I would lol if that was part of the CE.

Meh... I'll get the CE, but I'm disappointed. Sure, the blow up doll is funny, but I'll never take it out of its wrapping, same for the towel. I just want a good art book and soundtrack, maybe a t-shirt, mini-statue or poster. They need to stick to what people really want instead of getting gimmicky.
Anyway, I'm also disappointed with the cover art. It's so blatantly edited. I mean, without even seeing the original picture I can tell it's been censored. Seriously, are a pair of partially uncovered, anime breasts any worse than all those magazines that feature fake-breasted women in bathing suits, kneeling in suggestible positions? I mean, those are everywhere on display at retail stores and whatnot for kids to see. I don't think that an obscure game that will probably get little to no shelf exposure having some slightly suggestive art on it will raise a fuss. F*ck you ESRB. I don't care about the tits, I just hate censored art ><.

Yep the US version seem to censure, then again better they censure the Box, than Censure anything in the game.
The Record of Agarest War 2 nicely censure Ivy half cover chest (The Bra only cover the middle part of her Chest, while Top and Bottom are fully show)

Since this isn't CERO (Japans game rating system) or PEGI (Europes game rating system,) they have to go buy the ESRB's rules, or possibly cancel the game. Now...no one would want that now...

Hence my previous statement, "f*ck you ESRB".

I suppose those "fake-breasted women" would take offense if their breasts were compared to a anime girl's breasts.
Don't really see young kids looking at magazines, or novels for that matter. Majority of their attention goes to games, toys, or coloring books.
Considering how the Agarest 1's LE had to be taken off display and sold over the counter... I think it'll raise a fuss (regardless if it's slightly or not, it's still suggestive.) Even a few of Catherine's poster images had to be covered due to some customers taking offense to the art (and some Gamestop stores I've been to replaced the PS3 version with a stand-in Gamestop generic label box.)

ESRB needs to **** off, they wouldn't exist if parents had enough brains not to let 8 year olds play the Mortal Kombat games in arcades
That is the exact thing that lead to ESRB's creation during the mid to late 90s

Its not even ESRB. Its pretty much the general public. I mean take a look at this:
http://kotaku.com/5900134/skimpy-outfit-gets-lollipop-chainsaw-cosplayer-asked-to-leave-pax
PAX East won't even let the main character of a game be considered advertising because of her outfit.
Yet people are A-OKAY with super violent games being advertised to their children. That and explicit language. (Have you guys even read Penny Arcade comics? Not exactly kid friendly at times in terms of language.)

You're missing the point. Kids don't have to go looking for those magazines. They're fully on display at registers in gas stations, grocery stores and tons of retailers. You don't have to look very far to see magazines with fake-breasted chicks (not sure why you put that in quotes) in bikinis on the cover. It's just the public's obsession with fitness and beauty. Not like the magazines are dirty in anyway, its just their covers display women with a lot of exposed skin.
Those mags are everywhere, and yet this obscure game that no one will even notice is censored.

Have the Japanese version of Agarest War 2, so would kinda notice the Censoring :P

Yeah, haven't we've already talked about this "Censorship Business" before with CS:Extend and a few other games awhile back anyway, lol.

I'd much prefer to actually see it on shelves in a game store than hidden behind a counter. If someone's that hung up about it, they can just go online and find a clear image of it. Really isn't hard. ESRB has to do what it has to do. Video games are considered a "kid" activity in the US.

I provided a link to a clear image in a previous post, so that part is taken care of.

Kids don't have to look for the magazines since they're everywhere, I'll agree. However, even if they are everywhere, kids would likely not think much of it. Kids are more interested in things that would provide entertainment, such as games or toys. As Rogue states, video games are considered a "kid" activity in the US.
I don't really believe any game is obscure, especially since games are sold in majority of retailers, and with the amount of retailers (such as Wal-mart, Gamestop, Eb games, etc.,) even if a game isn't in one place, you'll bound to find it somewhere nearby. If not nearby, they'll likely have it delivered to that location or ship it to you to, as most companies try to, satisfy the customer's wants/needs.
