Seems you're right, although this is after the con, there's still more spambots, and seriously, a report link/button would be nice right next to "quote" within that users profile...

With the frequency of them appearing, not sure how helpful that will be. However, many of them are rather easy to spot (such as the ones posting new pointless topics.) The report button would be useful for the ones copying and pasting other peoples text.

Hmm... not much to really talk about I guess. Not alot of information on Aksys games have been going around lately. Also notice people getting into arguments a bit more frequently too.
As for the register link... maybe it's good that it's broken. No more spammers...maybe?

That's alot of bad luck Ray. No need to apologize though. Things happen. Though I check on the forums everyday, I have been occupied with other things (mainly, work and the Umineko comic.) Games... I'd say I'd spend about 2 hours every other day or so now.

Do the mods/Aksys staff still come here? I remember reading awhile back that they stopped being on the forums as often. If that's the case then these bots might be a serious problem now.
They do, I've heard from someone they come on weekdays or something like that on the forums and answer stuff, also to remove spam posts as well.
So don't worry, they'll handle it.

Though to be expected, but with the holidays, Aksys will deal with the spam after the 25th. Hopefully sober and not to full of food from the festivities Haha. Happy holidays everyone.
