I went to the japanese website and I saw photos of a character that looks like Taokaka. Who is he?

Member(SPOILER ALERT) this is some information on the subject.
His name Jubie. If you play storymode in BB he appears on several characters stories.
1.He is Ragna's Master (I guess in the "Way of the Sword")
2.The one who founded the "Kaka" clan (the clan where Taokaka resides)
3.Also one of the "Legendary Heroes" who defeated the "Black Beast" along with the hero Haku-Men. (they seem to be freinds but....)
