Made an account just to add to this petition, I really hope this plea doesn't fall on deaf ears!
Fighting games have progressed so much in the past few years, and to see SF4 available on Steam, I was both happy and jealous. I never really liked the SF series that much, but to see a fighter actually do so well on PC, I was hoping it would pioneer the movement to get even more quality fighting games ported onto the computer.
I've always been a huge fan of 2D fighters and the GG series especially (mained Bridget :P) and I've played the Melty Blood series and the Touhou spin-off fighters to the point where I could fight with every character just as well as my main. To see that there is a chance to see this new challenge making its way to PC, I really hope that the dudes up at Aksys Games pull through.
I'm praying with all my might that BlazBlue will make it to the PC, and there is no way in hell that I would pirate it if supporting the PC port would mean more fighters making their way onto Steam. I'm sure many others are thinking the same thing too.
I never really cared for fighting games that much on the PC either but if you can get BB on the PC for $20 cheaper on the PC with just as much flair and even better visual power behind it, I'd say go for it. ^_^ Now... if only I can get a cheap 360 for Windows controller for my PC for it...
Curiously though, you did know Bridget's a guy, right? I'm just asking... Anyway. As crazed as some of the characters are in GG, I think BB beat them all. And I have yet to play it. I want to play this game so MUCH. ^_^ BTW, I know I've probably already asked this but is there any way to use your normal 360 controller on your PC? THAT is what they should do. Microsoft should make an adapter to make your 360 controller work with the PC. That would make Gears of War for the PC and every other 360 port-over work so much better than trying to pay $50-60 for another blasted controller. But if it DOES come to the PC PLEASE PLEASE don't make it a Steam-exclusive. I mean, for Online-play that's one thing but to buy it, please make it purchasable everywhere!
