   OK i bought a the Blazblue 6b shirt and folder and i was wondering how long does it take for it to be shipped?I ordered on Thursday July 23 3 days ago.

   It takes like a week or so. I'm not sure weekends count for delivery dates, but have faith, it shall get there in a few days.

   Head in the clouds, feet on the ground and everything in between is somewhere I know not.

   Yes.

   I live about 5 miles from their shipping post and it takes about one or two days for me.

   But, yeah, USPS take anywhere from 3-5 days usually, sometimes longer, so wait it out a bit more.

   Our shipping system doesn't send out e-mails when a product ships because we generally ship out on the day we receive the order.

   For the Hakumen shirt, orders made last week we not shipped until Monday, but all further orders will be shipped out the day they are received.

   If it has been longer than a week or so, and you still haven't received your order, you can e-mail us at support (at) aksysgames (dot) com and we'll do our best to get that sorted out for you.

    Oh, good, I sent an email to Support, but they never replied to it. I was starting to get worried that my order(and my money!) had vanished into the ether.

    Sorry about that. The bound elemental that answers our support e-mails has been rather busy lately--the release of a popular game often begets a larger number of support issues. Try again if you're still haven't got your stuff after a week or so.
