Hey, I pre-ordered BlazBlue at Gamestop, and I was promised one of those awesome-looking artbooks. They didn't have it when the game was shipped, and told me to come back later. Well, I asked again today (almost a month after I bought the game) and they said that they're not getting them in at all. Is this a problem with shipping, or is Gamestop just lying to me like usual? I'm pretty upset that I didn't get this book, as it was one of the reasons that I pre-ordered. Thanks for any response.

Unfortunately, I cannot help you with that. Once we gave the artbooks to GameStop, what they did with them was up to, uh, them. Poor sentence construction. Anyway, we don't even know how many they may or may not have left in stock, so unfortunately there's nothing we can do.
However, if you are willing to part with $15, you can purchase one of those very same artbooks from our store, here: http://www.aksysgames.com/store/#bb_artbook. Not as nice as getting for (basically) free, I'll admit, but if you want to make sure you get one, the option is available.

Ah I see. Well, I'll probably get it sometime after I've saved up enough to get a stick. Thanks a lot for your help (and please don't give Gamestop any responsibility, in the future)!
