No requirement? Please. For the first link, you have to clash the ice car and cancel it into As -before- the ice car's momentum is lost. Also, the combo counter resets at 16, so it leaves me to believe that the rest could be blocked. Will have to check that at home later. Finally, the Litchi stupidly didn't burst. Something like that is hardly usable in a real match. Carl's throw loop is far easier to pull off consistently than that.
For the second clip, the Hakumen's 3-frame Drive counter needs to be spot-on against Nirvana's punches. And also, the Carl player deserves to eat it if they attempt to randomly spam Nirvana's super like that without thinking and are within range of Hakumen's drive.
And if you're eating chained airthrows from Litchi, you're failing at Throw Escapes. The game punishes you if you try to spam B+C for a throw escape, so the turbo function is actually screwing you over. You CANNOT mash out of it.

No effense to publishers and programers but they never feel they did anything wrong with the product becuz its partially theres.Its all in the act of not showing the probs with the game so you buy it without regretting(or you can regret after its bought).
GOW2 has alot of faults to the balance in it,but you don't see Cliffy B talking about them.all you see is a patch that fixes Some of the problems.
I just learned about the "no astral heats for non-arcade characters on ranked."So in my opinion don't give anyone them then so its also not just "those" characters who can do it.I would love to give hakumens astral heat in ranked cause with the inablity to zanshin a > down C attack that would be really rewarding.But not gonna happen.
As I've been trying to get help for with hakumen its also weird that some of ragnas attacks(mostly speacial) can be zanshin but not fully countered.for Example Inferno divider right up in hakumens face does not trigger a zanshin counter.(tried it with a friend a hundred times and Most times not always,does not trigger hakumens zanshin counter)I have trouble with gauntlet hades too and hells fang if hes not close enough won't trigger a zanshin when his sprite completely touches ragnas.Whats even worse is that If done at the right time,Hakumen's distortion Zanshin VS Inferno Divider will totally cancel out(or in more detail since Inferno Divider is invincible from the start than it cancels hakumens first part of his Distortion Zanshin,But hakumen has 2 parts in that attack so you would think that the second attack hits ragna.But it dosen't. Instead ragna clashes with the second hit.)I've had pro ragna player do that becuz if they are lucky they can do exactly as explained and sometimes if clashed then then they cancel it out and do a hells fang when they land because hakumen can't move.
But even if some of the things are not fixed but not told about because of either ignorance of that particular glitch or its part of the marketing scheme.Just remember not to blame acces because they are not the ones who ACTUALLY made the game.

So I found out that Forums are just here so people can -your mother is a classy lady- about the game. How sad, The game makers work there ass off trying to make a game for people to like and the second there some tiny flaw in it people go online a cry there little hearts out. Look, I get it, it does suck that -your mother is a classy lady- like that can happen (talking about the videos posted) every glitch/trick/spam/combo has a way around it. Jin and Ragna Spammers are annoying but when you beat the -your mother is a classy lady- out of them the victory is that much sweeter.

As for Carls Loops being..Easy. Perhaps I just suck because I find the throw/clap loop very easy when your training dummy doesn't escape throws, But damn as soon as you turn it on (i.e. Throw escape in combo") , I get snuffed every time. Easy; How!! Perhaps I'm just getting the timing off, but it seems the throw escape cancels out right after Nirvanas clap. But to be honest. I don't need it. I seem to win just fine with out it. And if I was that good that I could use it. I might just end up turning my friends off to the game. So since I am back on topic.
Stuff like this gets people to stop playing quite easy. I bought MVC2 (for the 3rd time I might add), and I've not even touched it. Actually I'm Afraid to play. Cause it was those damn nasty "top teir teams" that shattered my love of the game. And going to tournaments, killed it for good because it was 10 people with the same 6 characters (I am guessing for good since I don't touch MvC2). Ever since then...I moved on to Guilty Gear. At least everybody can be nasty when you get down to it.

When a game is based off of a genre then flaws in it need to be fixed to make it fair.Not bypassed or told in differnce of how to get pass it.A one genre game will have complaints because it focused on that genre. People come here to tell this stuff because as you know its akys.com and aksys is the english publisher for the game.GOW is third person tactical shooting meaning that there are differnt ways of overcome a situation in a gun fight.I still think there are inbalance situations in the game such as host.since the game is based on shooting,hosts guns and mobility would be better.but I'm just using GOW as an example.In no way are people complaining.Like gears of wars host,those flaws keep you from becoming equal with any of your opponents in the battlefield.Yeah,some things you deem to be whining are very minor.But those are still flaws, and there are some that are big. People are just notifying that that problem should be fixed,not whining like everyone else says because they are not getting the problem or actually using that prob to there advantage. Yeah I'm sure there are ways to get out of those flaws but when a flaw is being used or incidently happens it cost somebody something. On that Litchi one you'd probably have to burst.Heavenscent On the Hakumen v carl one that IceGryphon posted. It probably wasn't that he wanted to know how hakumen zanshined nirvana. I am proud, don't get me wrong everybody I love BlazBlue and will continue to play it until KOF XII net-code is fixed or Tekken 6 comes out. But, now my simple silly post has received some quality Discussion. Atleast Arc System works isn't Crapcom. Thanks, and keep it up.

I lol'd at this topic. First off, I'm pretty sure that Haku-men's AH is meant to counter anything, no matter how far away. There is a vid (done in training mode)of Haku-men using his AH counter against Jin's AH FROM ACROSS THE SCREEN. This isn't that needs to be fixed, it was meant to be that way.
It seems that the first vid was more of a random occurrence, and based off of what Heavenscent said, the way to get said occurrence seems too hard for practical use, so I doubt that you need to be worrying about it.

Go cry in a corner. BB IS THE FREAKING FIRST ITERATION OF A SERIES. People are whining about it being unbalanced, big deal. I'm sure the first GG was unbalanced. How many iterations has GGXX gone through before reaching AC's balance? Quite a few. BB did a good job for its first go, and I will be buying the next iterations.

OK.Not to fight but Pretender I'll take you on the AH problem,but when the Haku-men player took that oppurtunity,didn't i just say that it was because he knew the flaw was in there.Haku-men wouldn't be able to zanshin against an attack that was from behind and did not hit his Zanshin sprite(the symbol that come up).That means from the front that any attack that does not hit Zanshin first from the front,(and a player has well placed his zanshin),it means that it wouldn't matter how well placed the zanshin was the sprite goes pass the zanshin symbol and hits hakumen first.Yes Hakumen took that oppurnity but shouldn't even be given the oppurtunity in the first place.
With the Ice car glitch if it's a natural occurence the how come its been mastered.
And second when someone shows flaws its to help in the next installment or patch they make.Sure games from the start are not the nearest to be perfect.Why do people take the chance to tell people about them more than ever?Because If you haven't noticed,technology now is able to fix most of the problems with the current game,via patch.But some people just pass it up saying that the game now is perfect an "if you reach a flaw or a problem with the mechanics in the game,just bypass it and forget about it.People on the internet these days are unable to call things a truce or admit they are wrong these days.People almost all the time assume that if someone is showing a problem in a game or anything,they are whinnig and are trying to bully that game because they hate it.But don't notice that most poeple really want to play it more and want that problem fixed.Just to help with later instlallments. If everyone just praises a glitch or flaw because someone actually used it to there advantage then it will appear in the next installment almost most likely.

If these were serious game breaking glitches that rocket propelled Haku-Men and Jin a few tiers, that anyone could pick up and do, I'd be among the crowd of displeased players. But the fact is, will you really see a lot of people doing these things in real matches? I highly doubt it. It's a minor occurrence, if it was something major, it would have been picked up in the arcades and fixed. I wouldn't worry too much about this.

Haha Rocket propelled Hakumen.And yeah you have a point about the use rate of those glitches.I really was just bringing my own problemo with the Hakumen zanshin faults ive been experiencing online.Like the ragna v hakumen one on one of my earlier post.anyway yeah blazblue great in all. All i ask in future games is to decrease sprite overlapping with the characters.
Rocket propelled Hakumen,still making me laugh.If you think of it like hakumen riding on a rocket.
