I sent my disc about 2 weeks ago and still haven't gotten a reply from aksys games support. What gives? I did my part, and I (humbly) demand for you guys to do yours: send me a new (working) disc

I just talked to our support guy, and he says that he has received your e-mail and replied to it.

Don't worry man you can trust Aksys they sent mine back with a nice BlazBlue folder and they sent an apologizing letter.
