Well hakumens bottom drive has some vulnerabilties.sometimes a characters sprite will bypasss it(well with low moves,not upper moves trigger this).meaning a player would only be able to use it at a certain distance against low moves.
And against some moves Zanshin will stop but because of some invincible frames hakumen doesn't counter.Example say inferno divider popint blank on hakumen,sometimes it won't trigger a zanshin,ragnas startup will only hit the sheild/or barrier of zanshin and there for even right next to him,hakumen won't grab ragna right after his zanshin's been hit.Or even worse is Yukikaze will rarely just cancel out on inferno divider.(A.k.a clash with the slash)
If those were fixed balancing-wise hakumen players will be able to be more tactical and agressive.
Cons:all of hakumen C could be a little less powerful and he could a least take a little chip damage or at least 10% chip damage to Zanshined Distortion projectile.Exept for Yukikaze.
