The Xbox 360 version shouldn't be retail because the PS3 version isn't? What kind of -your mother is a classy lady- logic is that? Despite "your" version also getting a bonus, you're crying that another version gets more of a bonus, despite it *not affecting you whatsoever*. There's a term for that: blind fanboyism. Grow up, and stop worrying about what others are getting that you aren't. You don't like it? Get a 360, or import the Ghostlight version. Two perfectly viable options that don't require any -your mother is a classy lady-.
God, the things people whine about...and for the sake of posterity, I have both systems. Kind of irks me, because this game is one of the reasons I got a PS3. But you know what? Now I have more options, and that's never bad.
To Aksys: Translating the 360 version was a good move, the 360 has a greater install base in the West so 1) you're likely to get more sales and 2) you're not directly competing with the Ghostlight version. Sadly, you didn't announce any box extras, or a price, so I'm going with the Ghostlight Collector's Edition (if I can get my hands on it). If I didn't have a PS3, I'd be happy to know this game was coming out for 360, and I'm still glad that more fans will get to experience it. Warmest wishes, but protip for next time: don't let competitors scoop you, and even better, don't compete over the same game in the first place. If for whatever reason I can't get the Ghostlight Collector's Edition, I'll be back at your doorstep soon enough.
