I suppose that's possible. But er, they didn't seem to have a problem with Ar Tonelico 2. From what I hear, the amount of innuendo in Agarest War is rather low. Compare that to the American release of Ar Tonelico 2 where there's innuendo suggestive of an 11-year-old girl losing her virginity...if that couldn't trigger an alarm, I'd wonder what in Agarest War could. I'd also be somewhat surprised that such content that Sony rejected would be ok with Microsoft.
