Hello my name is Aaron (28) and I play many different things (racing, fighting, J/WRPGs, very little FPS) but prefer RPGs. I am not very good with 2D fighters but am much better with 3D fighters. I cannot play schmups as I am terrible at them and have been since the NES.
I am a true multiconsole owner and have been since the NES days...minus a few of the oddballs). Have both of the handhelds and all of the consoles, but I don't really enjoy playing handhelds.
Currently playing Agarest.
Hello all! I'm SixtyHertz and i'm an avid action gamer, I have been importing games since the Genesis/Snes years and love action games from the world over. I have every current console with the exception of the DSi (i have a DS though) and PSPGo (but i have a PSP). I'm Sega Fan but I also love Treasure, G-Rev, Cave, Level-5 and Nintendo amongst several others.

I’m a huge fan of BlazBlue and videogames in general. Now playing BBCS, WoW and StarCraft2, and a ton more to finish (Darksiders, Uncharted, No More Heroes 2, Trinity Universe and Dante's Inferno; just finished Heavy Rain!).

The name is Romeo, I've been gaming since my eyes opened in '77. I appreciate high quality games and BlazBlue is definitely on that list. Aksys/Arc Systems gets huge points from me. Now if only they would release some merchandise (figures), that would be epic, kinda like NECA does for Bioshock 2(gotta have them all!). I don't really collect games (just never got rid of anything) but on my blog (click my name), I keep track of what I got and I like seeing other's collections.
Anyway, it's nice to meet everyone. ^__^

...Wow, I'm surprised I haven't posted in this sooner. My online moniker in a variety of places (like Dustloop and it makes up part of my GT) is ThePretender, inspired by the Foo Fighters song of the same name. I'm a big 'ol fan of American comics (R.I.P Cable and Nightcrawler), and a few anime and manga (must...finish...Gurren Lagann...ONE DAY!). I'm quite the quiet guy online and pretty laid back and whatnot. I'm a proud TvTroper and a lover of awesome references.
Thanks to a variety of occurrences, I got into Guilty Gear and got AC for the Wii. Thanks to a friend who was an older fan of GG, I found out about BB and was hooked ever since I heard "Under Heaven Destruction". After learning about Bang, playing a bit at NYCC (ask kanedags for a hilarious [for everyone else] story about my performance at the BBCT tourney)and getting to know some of the Aksys employees, I thought that this was a cool company who doesn't afraid of anything. So I became a Street Team member and joined this place and here I am!

Well now's as good a time as any. Howdy all, I'm Saburou Tu, well obviously that's not my birth name, but either way. It's also my gamertag if ya wanna ever hit me up on XBL for a match (though I'm still a tid scrubby compared to some of the magnificent beasts I've seen and faced down on there.)Though I am not always online because the life of a college student is a long winding road with many obstacles in the form of papers and textbooks. C'est la vie I guess. Anyhow! as you may have figured from my sudden emergence into this forum, I do frequent the board known as 4chan. I'll make this clear, I only go for anime/game information/pictures and riveting conversations within the blazblue general threads, I by no means hold any alliance to them, anonymous, moot or elsewise. What got me into Blazblue is the fact that the former leader of the campus anime club landed a job for Ark System Works and helped work on the game in Japan. So I supported him in some small way by buying the game and lo' and behold! I loved it and now I'm addicted. Uhm .. lets see that aside ..uh .. well I'll just leave ya'll with this ... THE HEAVENS, THE EARTH, AND A MILLION SQUIRRELS CALL OUT TO ME!

I've noticed 4chan has a very love/hate relationship with Blazblue. On the one hand, it's a pretty deep game and /v/ can appreciate that. On the other hand, the little turds there think Taokaka and Makoto are furries. Plus the whole "It's Japanese so it's weeaboo garbage" thing.

Anyway, name's Jason Paul. Been playing video games since the Atari days and I've become something of a curmudgeon because of it, as I really miss the days when games were meant to be played and not watched. Favorite genres are fighting games and RPGs, with the Shin Megami Tensei series being my favorite series of the latter. I've got all the major systems, and my XBox Live and PSN IDs are in my sig.
Apart from that I'm a fan of European metal. Edguy is my all-time favorite band, and I encourage everyone to listen to them.

LOL @ /v/ appreciating deep games. From what I can tell, those basement dwellers only play shooters and pornographic visual novels.

Well most people in the Blazblue general threads I've met are pretty chill, enjoy the storyline a lot and strongly disagree with Tao and Makoto being furries. I've had several of them agree when the argument comes up and state with me "To say Makoto is a furry is like saying Ichigo from Tokyo Mew Mew is a furry. One's a catgirl and the the other's a squirrel girl. Being furry does not work that way. If you want furry look at Krystal from Starfox." also many of them are lobbying for Kokonoe to be playable next game. they want The Glorious Golden Manbeast Golden Tager X as one of her distortions and her astral to be Unlimited Nuclear Works. Then again ... they're also a lot of the majority that wants Pirate Valley Girl Nu for an announcer voice.. take from that what you will
