Hi, I'm Welch. 25yo gamer and joined because I'm interested in the Hakuouki series. I've actually loosely followed it's progress in Japan and am glad to see it cross the ocean. I was also part of the Neo Romance forums for a while, though I rarely visit their anymore. It really surprised me to see that the company was serious in their survey way back when and didn't abandon the project. As a long time fan of the series, and of otome games in general though I am grateful. I joined the forums because I'd like to see how well the progress is from here and I'd like to see more updates. :3

Hi everybody! Kuronoa here! I joined here for obvious reasons, I actually haven't joined too many forums from video game companies but plan on doing so now. You probably seen me at Siliconera or Sega's forum (of same username) and I'm a new member at Gamefaq as ZenithianHero. I'll most likely be using those usernames elsewhere unless taken already. =/
Anyways, as a gamer my favorite type of games include platformers, action/adventure and RPGs. I do try out other genres but I"m pretty picky with them (like I prefer arcade racing and shooting games that aren't war themed unless cartoony like Metal Slug)
My favorite series include Kirby, Klonoa, Mario, Sonic, Castlevania, Shin Megami Tensei, Dragon Quest, Katamari Damacy, Mega Man, Legend of Zelda... I can go on and on...
Hey everyone, my name's Warren or what I go by on most sites, forums, etc. ZEROthefirst. I was born in Kildare Ireland and moved to the U.S. with my parents when I was about 7. Anyways I pretty much joined this forum after getting the English version of Fate/Extra so I can talk to others about FE and possibly help anyone who may need help (played through the Japanese version at least 5 times... it's addicting...).
Please call me 'Feng!' It's nice to meet you! Not very skilled at writing greetings but I'm happy to be included in this community!
Oh! I only really play RPGs, action adventure and happily now otome games. :)
Sup. I'm Rai, 19, from Florida. I joined this site to well, show support. I love this company for localizing Fate/Extra. Fate/Stay Night was my first VN and I 100% it and STILL play it now and then. I was always hoping someone would localize it or one of the games and I'm glad you guys did. Got the LE (shame there is no figure though), but yeah I just wanted to say thanks and show support in hopes you may localize other Fate or Type-Moon games.
Names Kou the Mad, been playing video games since before kindergarten, i like nearly every genere (except Sports and most racing, and Modern based shooters (i hate Call of Duty and Battlefield, but shooters like Bulletstorm and the like i actually well.....like) but i prefer RPGs (Both Western and Japanese), my favorite series is Suikoden.
bit lazy, but one day i'd like to be a game designer or voice actor (or maybe something else, i change my mind alot)Let the Madness Begin!
My name's gabrielle and I'm a 17 year old girl from PA. I recently started to get into gaming again... My mom certainly doesn't appreciate it lol. I mainly play any jrpg I can get my hands on ahaha. My favorite games are probably pokemon, the atelier series, disgaea, final fantasy series, and the dept. heaven series (yay gungnir!). I also love touhou (even though I sometimes scream at it) and reading visual novels/dating sims ever though I'm a girl ahaha. My favorite is UMINEKO!! Other that gaming I like playing clarinet, drawing, and reading. believe me i like average girly things too! Im no tomboy ahaha. My psn is the same as my username and my 3ds friend code is 1160-9734-9710, gotta message me yours on that one.
I'm an on/off gamer. I'm a 21 year old college student in the LA area. I spend a lot of time studying, socializing, or worrying about my place in life lol. A lot of you have probably been at that stage of life already. XD
Usually, I play video games more on my winter or summer breaks because I am too distracted during fall and spring semesters... occasionally, I play my DS or PSP (my main consoles) if a good game that interests me comes out.
The latest game I bought was Fate/Exta~ I haven't finished it yet and I'm already looking forward to buying Hakuoki. (I'm terrible; I haven't finished 6 games I bought over the past few years. That includes two Professor Layton games and two Kingdom Hearts games.) o_o
So, maybe I'll see one of you around~

Perhaps I should properly introduce myself, considering I didn't do so previously. I would prefer to be referred to as Neko Arc Chaos nyaa, and I suppose I should say I'm in my 20s. I live in AZ, and work as a customer care worker. I don't have a favorite genre, but I do enjoy games that would appear, out of the ordinary, by most nyaa. You'll likely see me around here often nyaa, and hopefully we can talk, or perhaps, play some games on the PSN some time nyaa...------------------------------------------------------------Comic Project------------------------------------------------------------
I've never introduced myself. I'll join the bandwagon and do so.
My name is Will. I'm a 23 year-old electrician who fondly loves video games. I'm especially interested in V.N.'s and JRPG's. I'm a huge, huge fan of the Blazblue series and I've participated in professional competitions in the past - though I'm not so good to get any sort of label or join major scale tournaments. My favorite genre of games have always been puzzle and strategy games, such as FF Tactics and Catherine.
I've been posting frequently. I tend to be strongly opinionated and pride myself on being well-informed. I hope to make some good friends and all that funstuff on here.Gamma Funkula
Hi, I'm Alice and I'm from Italy
I'm 25 year-old , soon i will take my degree in psychology.
I love VN and role playing game. I just bought Hakuoki ( love it ) and waiting to get Fate/Extra when I have the money cause i'm not working at the moment.
I found out about Aksys with 999 and hope to see more wonderfull games and VN in a language I can read ( more than writing :P )
H-hello, I figured I might as well post an introduction here....My name is Kyra, and i'm Canadian and i'm 18 years old. I graduated last year, and i'm saving up money working as a cashier to go to university to take Japanese and maybe some sociology courses on the side. I'm hoping I can be fluent enough in Japanese to be able to go and draw/make manga in Japan.^^' I might not be as good as i'd like yet, but if you're interested in seeing some of my drawings, just let me know and i'll post my DA...^^'
As for games, I like JRPGs mainly, Visual Novels are awesome as well, but Aksys releases a lot of games i'm interested in. Quite a few of my most recent favourites have been released from Aksys though, such as Blazblue, Fate, and Hakuoki. Im also a huge fan of the Tales, Suikoden and .hack series, I have a bunch of other favourites too but if I listed them all, this post would become far too long...^^'
I look forward to talking with everyone, and hearing everyone's opinions on the awesome games Aksys will be releasing^^
Extremely new member, joined last night. First time to join a game forum. Extremely glad Hakuoki was finally released. Hope to see more of the otome genre being release in th US. Glad they kept the origianl Japanese CV which made the game more enjoyable by retaining the characters' emotions and expressions.
I love RPGs especially Final Fantasy series, Harvest Moon series, and Suikoden series. I cannot read Japanese at all that is why I have not play too many otome games. I'm hoping Aksys will be releasing more of the otome games with Japanese CV and English subtile. Also a big fan of mangas and anime have been and always will be. I will definitely support and buy any otome games that are on the mature side such as Hakuoki. If Aksys decides to bring Hiiro no Kakeru over I will be in 10th heaven.
As everyone has been introducing themselves and their age I'm probable the oldest person here. Anyone who is 50 and over is definetely older than me otherwise I'm probably the oldest :P
Hello, I joined after I bought Hakuouki and Fate/Extra which I really love. I also love Blazblue too but was so glad that you released Hakuouki and Fate/Extra. I'm a 19 sophomore in college who lives in Hawaii that's majoring in Digital Media. I love games that appear out of the ordinary.A man who can do something but chooses to do nothing can never achieve greatness.

I will be mostly roaming here because of Hakuouki's franchise, since I love the visual novel!
Other then dat, I am a big fan Of MGS, FF series.
I am a versatile gamer, I play anything that I find amusing!
Hi, I'm Tiffany and I'm here because of 999 and Hakuoki. I know it looks like I only like visual novels, but I enjoy survival horror, action adventure, shooters, and weird Japanese games like Katamari Damacy and Chibi Robo! Please give us more otome games!
Hello everyone! My name is Aaron, I am 19, and have been gaming since around the age of 5. I am a huge fan of the BlazBlue and Guilty Gear series, but I am not a pro by any stretch of the imagination. Besides the good ol' fighting genre, I absolutely love JRPGs. When not gaming, I am watching anime -usually the newest Gundam series, but I love tons of anime-, or going to the university to get my Bachelors in Political Science. After that, I hope to go on my towards becoming a lawyer. Anyways, I am glad to join the Aksys community and look forward to stay current on their newest localization efforts!
Hi Darrick, Most welcome to this forum..Take Care!!
My name is Nadine, I'm 17 and I joined a few moments ago. I'm watching this forum already for a long time just because of Hakuouki but now I decided to sign up so I could participate in the discussions here. Hakuouki was my first step into the 'otome game world' and I'm very glad that Aksys Games released it! Since I have a decent (or basic) knowledge of japanese it also encouraged me to play the other Hakuouki parts and other otome games.
I also played 999 which I found very interesting and thrilling, the story was briliiant! Now I'm looking forward to it's sequel or to the day I will finally purchase a PS3 ..
Anyways, I hope I'll get along with you all, nice to meet you!Posted 9 months ago #
