I just gave up on trying to play Qoga on normal and switched it to easy. Though I feel a bit odd because easy is ridiculously easy, but normal was kicking my ass so I don't feel too bad. As long as I get my fill of diving, stripping, and item creation, its all good!

MemberHaven;t played much games the past few days, Brotherhood burnt me out and I decided to finally sit down and watch Supernatural S5 which led me to wanting to marathon all of and S6 the past few nights.
I did cancel and then re-order the CE of Final Fantasy XIII-2 last night since I wanted to use a gift card I got for Christmas to being the price down by $25 so now it only costs me the same amount as the Normal Edition would. I also used a GameStop gift card I got for Christmas on pre-ordering Xenonblade so now I'm only playing $6 for it.
I feel a little conflicted in using these two so quickly since usually I have a habit of saving them for months and then using them later, so using them up so quickly feels weird. I'm gonna try and get someone to get me Tales of Graces F as a late Birthday present (it comes out a week after my Birthday, I EXPECT A CARD AND MONEY AKSYS! or you could just localize Umineko PS3 and the Ever17 remake!) since I'm kinda short on cash so I buying it would cost me nearly all I have left.
At least it will if this Job I have lined up doesn't work out

MemberI platinumed metal gear solid 3 after having to deal with dumb trophy glitches which caused me to replay the game a few times -___- that's 2/3 out of the hd collection 100% i'ma take a break, and train in blazblue extend while listening to the code geass ost and waiting for Another Centuries Episode R to arrive. good times :3

It just seemed like a outrageous difficulty spike from one area to the next (in my case it was after I find Tatsumi's true form) out of the blue nyaa.
On another note, using the Sharpshooter thing to play Killzone 3...and my arms get tired after awhile nyaa.

You can fully cure a character using the weakest potion in about 5 seconds of gameplay. If you spam there's little to fear in battle.

MemberPicked up a copy of Nier over the weekened. Fun game. Weiss is awesome. But holy mother of whatever you want to put here. Kaine IS AWESOME. PERIOD. Not to mention being voiced by Laura Bailey helps. Yes, SHE IS VOICED BY LAURA BAILEY. Weiss is Liam O'Brian. Just got the second ending too. Emil.....
Also; picked up Transformers: War For Cybertron. Yuri Lowenthal...meh. Also; severe lack of Grimlock KING!

MemberSat down and played a good amount of Rorona today, it's really good but the time limit on certain quests is really annoying since exiting the town eats up a day automatically and then you eat up another one by selecting an area to enter. It's a game with gun characters and good overall gameplay, but a lot of mechanics really need work.
The demo's for Asura's Wrath and Final Fantasy XIII-2 were also released today. I only played Asura's Wrath though since my PS3's hard drive has run out of space (it's those damn game installations they force on you these days, they eat up space like nuts) and sadly I have no SD Cards/Memory Sticks in which to transfer data to. I really didn't want to have to do this, but I purchased a $20 PSN card so I can get 3 months of Plus for the free cloud storage.
I'll just have to try and get a new SD/Memory Stick before my subscription runs out.

So, my verdict for the FFXIII-2 Demo
They both lag a lil bit in the cutscene
I think the colors are much more bright in the PS3 version compared to the X360Is it just me or the X360's cutscene are compressed ?
I pre-ordered the X360 version, because I have XIII on the X360 and I prefer achievement.
If I'm stupid, I'll double-dip for XIII and XIII-2 on the PS3 :P

MemberI finally finished Ar Tonelico Qoga! I got Finnel's true end. Can't believe I actually got a true end in an rpg on my first shot.
Now to ponder on what to play next...decisions decisions!
Edit: Resuming Agarest War Zero. Lets make Agarest Love! Not Agarest War! XP
