   Hey, I saw this a while back and forgot to talk about it; when I go to Amazon and look at their "Video Games Release Calendar by Week," Agarest has been one of the four games it lists for release in April and beyond for quite some time. I'm not sure if the list is account specific since I preordered the game, but none of the other 5 games I have preordered are listed... Can anyone else confirm if they see it listed above Red Dead Redemption also? If it is featured for everyone who goes on Amazon to look at games then that seems like a pretty good thing for Aksys!

   ^ Found an answer to: myself from: myself (went to a neutral computer without signing into Amazon). Yes, it is featured to anyone who czechs their Release Date calender... Hope this boosts sales for the game!!!

   This is a pretty asinine view and making the overall view way too simple, but this game should be a case study for marketing students on how to hemorrhage cash at every phase in the process. I recall Sony specifically mentioning single releases with multiple localizations as a perk of bluray, but the only game I've seen with truly multiple language versions (3+) on the same disc is Heavy Rain and that's incredibly recent. JP releases remain Japanese-only... eh it's like tradition. But as soon as any area outside Japan and the "International version" occasionally offering an English manual get involved? There really aren't many excuses left anymore.

   Every time someone does a lazy job obtaining rights in just one region or just one console or spits out something of less-than-great-quality (re: Ghostlight) it costs every company in the whole chain money, and for a niche genre like this it can be hard for even the more dedicated types to follow it. I'm always happy to pay full price (or even more for simple extras) on a game I can get 100+ hours out of-- as are many others-- but it does need to actually *exist* first.
