What other games do you think Aksys should pick up?

The problem with localizing chaos;head is not the amount of text, but the content.
Steins;Gate apparently has little blood/gore in comparison. But I don't think it's possible, because JAST have been trying to localize Nitro+'s games as of recent. They probably already have the rights to their merchandise outside of Japan. Nitro+ made Chaos;Head and Noah, and 5pb published Noah for 360.

Are the contents in this and Steins;Gate more explicit than Theresia? 'Cause that game gets pretty nasty!As for rights, I think that may go for individual titles on particular platforms unless they have some deal if they want one title they have to get another one with it.
I'm not sure JAST is ready to localize for the 360, yet, though. So, something like Chaos;Head Love Chu Chu! or Steins;Gate should be open for localizing, I would think.

Actually 5pb developed and published the XBOX 360 version of the game, making it pretty much open for localization as there really isn't any company associated with 5pb in the United States as far as I am aware of.

Honestly, I highly doubt either of these titles will end up localized. Since JAST is localizing Nitro+'s material (or trying to, eventually), chances of Aksys having much of a chance are slim. I even feel like I'm wasting my time writing this, since it doesn't seem likely. On top of this, the visual novel scene is slim, and most of the scene doesn't have a 360. Would be nice though, and I'd fully support it, but translating the games is a fairly complicated process and I don't know if Aksys are up to the task.

MemberI dunno if anyone's heard of it, but games I'd really like to see aksys do something with is Gungrave. I had a great time playing those back in 2002, the visual style and score was so cool(for lack of a better word) xD Wish someone would port over those games to the psp or ps3 or something.

Ya, but if its being licensed for Europe that means there is a very good chance it is going to make an appearance over here after. Or you can just get a copy from Europe.

I'm a little worried though, because I remember reading a review with a NISA rep about Disgaea Infinite where they said SCEA doesn't like novel-type games. Maybe there is hope though, I might have to get a 360...

Member1st of all, hi everybody! I'm new to this forum and all that classy stuff... And i have been with this question in my head for the last few days: Aksys could bring more Cave titles like Ketsui, Do-Don-Pachi Dai-Fukkatsu or Deathsmiles II X outside of Japan in the future?
I know that we will see more of Deathsmiles (maybe) in the future if people buy the actual game (something that you must do!) but, what about the newer games of the company? I would love to see an official release for Dai-Fukkatsu, the same goes for Ketsui or hell a release for dodonpachi Dai-Ou-Jou Black Label Extra would be sweet.
So, is too much to ask for more Cave goodness or you are going to see the sells of Deathsmiles first? :I
