Sir you are insane. This game would never appeal to a western audience just because its so far fetched. Its supposed to be a WW2 RPG however as you can see in the pictures its not exactly *ahem* accurate. This would be overkill if it was brought to America.

Some of the other games you listed were better choices and would definitely be better because there is nothing really overkill about them.

Daisenryaku games have been published in the U.S. at least twice before; first by Working Designs for the Saturn then by some budget publisher for the X-box and PS2...
So it's not completely far-fetched of an idea (or at least it shows that System Soft will sell a foreign publisher the rights). The "overkill" aspects you speak about in the Moe Moe spin-off actually makes the game look more interesting...

I was hoping Atlus USA would have picked it up, espically after seeing them publish Arcana Heart here, but guess not. I really can't comment on the gameplay itself, but I wanted the game because Range Murata did a few of the character designs.

Yeah, maybe Atlus should release the Power Instinct games on PSN or Live.

I'd like to see the nintendo DS version of Princess Maker - I have the import but can't read it but it's quite fun.

I'd also love forever if you would release Tokimeki Memorial Girl's Side 1, 2, and 3. Also for nintendo DS. (but I know konami holds that license and is strictly against an english release D:)

    Also please consider:

    Chaos Head
    Kannon
    Clannad
Tsukihime - I already played it in english thanks to a fan patch, but it was the game that got me into ren'ai games and I love it very much
    Fate/Stay Night
    Growlanser 4 and 6

Also my current favorite commercial release to date in the ren'ai english genre is Ever17.

    From Wiki:

"Ever 17 is a part of the Infinity series by KID. The other entries in the series are Never 7: The End of Infinity, Remember 11: The Age of Infinity, and 12Riven ?the ?climinal of integral?, all of which take place within the same universe."

So I would like to see all of it's sequels.

That's it for my limited knowledge of the genre... but any games similar would be welcome :D

It makes me sad to see so many Xbox games being listed. Not because I have anything against that console, but more because the only thing on it that appeals to me are all these games... and besides Tales of Vesperia, I can't see myself buying an Xbox anytime soon.

Come on now, some PS3 love?

    Yes.

    Uh... Yakuza 4?

I don't know. The thing is, for that games aren't handled by Capcom, S-E, etc. or just multi-plat. seem to be handled already. NISA is handling the more niche PS3 titles right now.

    Well, let's see:

come on your kinda acting like no PS3 games have been listed at all. Their have been PS3 games list (at lease I have listed a few) theirs just not as much at the 360 games because theirs not as much to bring to North America thats all. In a way I kinda know how ya feel. I play my 360 more then my PS3 so I kinda wish NISA would bring some 360 game over to the North America but It doesn't look like they ever will. I just kinda wish I knew why NIS won't make any 360 or why NISA won't bring over any 360 games. Both NIS & NISA can Publish 360 game & NIS have 360 devkits yet they won't mkae any 360 games! Anyways What I'm trying to say is I know how ya feel but their are PS3 games listed, sorry for the rant.

I don't know how many times I've said this, but, if Aksys published more Cave games I'll get an Xbox 360 sooner or later.

DeathSmiles is just the beginning of this, so people, please buy the damn game to see games like Ketsui Extra, DeathSmiles II X or even Do-Don-Pachi Dai-Fukkatsu Black Label (when it comes for the 360, I'm pretty sure that Dai-Fukkatsu is going to be released sooner or later) in the future with (maybe) limited editions more complete that the Japaneses gamers have already.

The only thing that I'm "praying" to see is Ketsui Extra (I *really* want to play that game, I'm alone in this?). Also, someone knows if dodonpachi Dai-Ou-Jou can see a release outside of Japan? I'm asking this because of all the problems that the game have.

New game has been announced for the 360 in Japan.
You have to see it to believe it.

Would be friggin' sweet if this was picked up.

It's really just me being selfish. But really, Atlus has experimented with 360 and it didn't turn out well (and they promptly made 250k sales of their first PS3 release). NISA probably just saw that.

I'm new here and I did not feel like reading all 6 pages of this topic, but I would say Tears to Tiara. The anime series is pretty good, and I keep hearing how nobody wants to pick it up because of some tentacle scene (which I doubt SCEJ is allowing to be in the game). I'm purchase it if it Aksys releases it, Makes me glad I have 250 gig HDD in my PS3 because it will definitely only be released on the PSN...

I mentioned that one. It looks like a great game, too, Sankaku wrote some great things about it. Plus, it's the family-friendly version (relatively). The downside is that the best launch window (alongside the anime) has been missed.

Maybe if the anime hasn't been licensed yet, Aksys might be able to strike up a deal? I hear NISA is starting to get into anime...

With AkSys publishing Agarest and Cho Aniki; they've demonstrated a lack of fear of controversy. So if it isn't licensing rights Hell, I'd love to see them localize Queen's Blade: Spiral Chaos for the PSP.

I've also read the game itself is pretty solid outside of all the fan service.

I just appreciate that the whole series is like an animated Russ Meyer film.

I do not even know when the anime series came out. I just seen it when I was browsing the Right Stuf Internationals website and bought them. I haven't even watched it past the third episode. Anyway, bringing the game out at the same time as the anime would have been nice if the anime had well received like Dragonball or Evangelion. Since it is a relatively obscure title in North America, I doubt that very few people would even know that there was an anime.

Brilliant!!! They could even change the name for the U.S. release to Faster, Queen's Blade- Kill, Kill!

It's a good choice, I agree. I've wanted to see that game localized for a while.

Looking at the work put into Agarest War, I would love seeing Aksys grabbing that. <.< If all else fails, fingers are crossed that a company like Atlus picks it up instead.

Unlikely. It will either be Sega themselves, or no one.
